We were in Villeneuve-Loubet to visit the Escoffier Museum (which is well worth a visit) and liked the sound of the lunchtime €15 formule - daube provençal followed by profiteroles. The daub was served with ravioli and was superb, the beef beautifully tender and the sauce rich and full of flavour. The profiteroles were excellent. All in all a great... More

Warm welcome, great starter, but downhill from there. Beef on one maincourse tough and gristly. Other main was duck, correctly cooked but broken bone shards in the sauce. Desert very disappointing, sounded fab but did not deliver. Having eat out in many restaurants and a chef myself, I would not recommend.

Writing this as we wait because it's'been 2 hours and we still haven't received our main course. They are nice enough but seriously the wait is exagerated. We were seated quckly but everything went downhill from there.

Fortunately we booked for Mother's Day lunch because the restaurant was full, and turning away customers. Lovely setting, imaginative food, excellent service and good wine all created a splendid celebration meal. 4 of us ate and drank well for 190 euro. We have no complaints and heartily recommend this place

The ownership had changed since my last visit, and I was slightly dismayed by some of the reviews. However, I can cheerfully report that whatever the problems were in the past, management and staff appear to have improved greatly, and I have no hesitation in giving Auberge Fleurie in Villeneuve-Loubat a round of applause. I would definitely bring my visitors... More

We have been eating at this restaurant for many years. We were sad when the old owners left and wondered whether the new ones could live upto expectations. We have had a couple of iffy meals last year but last night's meal was magnificent. I had a goats cheese wrapped in light pastry which was delicious ,my husband had a... More

We have been coming here off an on for about 7 years. Although the owners have changed, the quality of the restaurant has continued. Good food at a good price, good service and a nice ambience.

It's, in my opinion, the best quality-price ration in miles... don't hesitate. atmosphere and design pleasant and nice. The service is excellent. Food is just a little bit less surprising, but c'mon, we'tre talking about a35 euros restaurant, Definitely to be tried.
