Started off with one of the poorest welcomes I've ever had in a restaurant (though been to hundreds). Continued with absolutely poor quality for a price that was not at all up to the food. It's a good thing he never told us that we would get our money back if not satisfied. It would have been an evening to... More

Ate here as part of a group of 11, service was excellent, food was even better. And they had a lovely white wine recommended by the waiter. For any cheese fans out there definitely go for the cheese plate for desert, plent of different types and sizable chunks. Lovely friendly atmosphere, and great service, no mistakes considerign the size of... More

This was an experience I would not want to endure again, the waiter has a speech, which he uses with his customers, it is from a script, if you don't enjoy the recommendation of the day then you will get your money back, no you won't they will try to give you a sharper knife to cut the tough steak!... Excellent food well served by friendly staff. A new chef has just started and is obviously very good. We both had a superb sea bass main course. Only criticism is the pricing which is fairly high, starters were around E12 with mains at around E24 to E28 but the shock was the desserts which we thought were far to pricey... More

Good food but over fussy waiter. Liked the filet de boeuf. Place unfortunately feels a little small which it is. In one of the main restaurant streets of Ste Maxime behind the seafront road

Having enjoyed fine restaurants around the globe my standards are understandably high. From the first moment, I was struck by how the proprietor insisted on bidding farewell to clients at the conclusion of their evening and soon learned of his equal enthusiasm to present the menu to new arrivals. This attention to service and detail permeated every aspect of the... More

Wandered upon this restaurant--what a great find! Excellent food and attentive, friendly service. It is not on the main street along the sea, but just in a block. So perhaps it lacks some people watching, but do not let this deter you.

Found this restaurant through TA & thought it was brilliant. Lovely, comfortable, fantastic food, piping hot plates to ensure the food kept hot & delicious to the very last morsel! Terrific friendly service, great background music & lighting unlike a lot of restaurants in Ste Maxime which have ghastly bright lighting. Highly recommend. Only comment would be it would have...
