We visited this restaurant based on the very good reviews on TripAdvisor and were severely disappointed. The atmosphere is "vintage chic" and the service friendly, but the food was really, really bad. Kids had pizza and I tried the pork filet with "the very special coconut/curry sauce" and that was actually the worst dinner during our 12 days stay on... More

OK, first of all I ordered Joue de Boeuf cooked á point or medium, the exact way it should be served. The owner was gentle enough to say that actually the beef is already cooked and it is delicious. It was. Best cheeks, and the only cheeks, I have ever had for lunch. Kim ordered the lasagna and it was... More

Very nice place to go to in the area. It's not expensive, the food is of very good quality and the at osphere is nice. The owner is welcoming and have this south fun spirit, one special man for sure! We were two for dinner, got lamb and scampi. Both were delicious, well good and very tasty! A highly recommend... More

Just one peep into this wonderful cozy room lets you know what you are in for. The art, either on canvas or painted on the walls, is unusual and interesting and has great stories behind it. The place is slightly quirky (thank goodness, a welcome change from the bland, dull servility of so many eating places now), a single long... More

Having spend the last two weeks in Grimaud, I find it hard to understand how this restaurant is rated number two. We rang on the night and were offered a table which was nearly at the back of the restaurant. the waiter was ott full of his own imprtance and his " funny comments" . My meal of squid and... More

Lovely and “strange” restaurant in the terrific village of Grimaud. We choose the “Marquise formule”, 28 euro for one appetizer, one dish and a dessert. Important: only cash are accepted, no cards, so remember to take money before! We had a very good dinner, I recommend the huge and fantastic “pissaladière” (a kind of pizza with onions and anchovies) and... More

AMAZING! During my family's week long vacation in the French Riviera we ate at many Michelin rated restaurants, but this place was the BEST by far. The food was divine and the atmosphere couldn't have been better. DeDe , his wife, and family truly put a lot of love into the food and into everything they do. EVERYTHING we ate... More
