I'm one of those irritating people who does loads of research into the best places to eat before I go on holiday (and during, thanks to the creation of iPads!) and I know that it occasionally wears thin with my travel companions so one evening last month I suggested to my mum that we 'just wander and see where looks... We went to this place because of a recommendation. We should have reacted to the few guests - in fact we were the first ones. We ordered two menus at 31.90 Euro, but I don't think it was worth it: The starter was average, the main course was not impressive either, and they served almost raw and bleading duck meat,... More

Food was good with the exception of a burger we ordered that came raw and falling apart, not sure if the cook dropped it or something. Re-cooking the burger took forever. Service is OK. Interior needs some serious touch-up.

Found this place by chance whilst wandering. Good, slightly different food, beautifully presented with attentive service. Lovely ambiance at the outside tables (although we giggled at the wiring for the little lamps, the health and safety 'police' in the UK would have something to say) My only gripe would be that they do not tell you on the menu what... I had the caesar salad and house cheeseburger. Husband had the saucisse briochee and the salmon dish. We finished off with a chocolate mousse which was to die for. Came with a physalis and some passionfruit sauce. Incredible. The food was extremely fresh and probably local. Flavours were fantastic. The only thing that went wrong was I asked for a... More

We had eaten before and it was always good, but avoid in the high season. Risotto was heated up several times and too much cooked, Thuna was a frozen product and the owner got upset about comments we made. (We should not imagine getting fresh cooked Risotto during the summer time and in Nice Risottos are always well cooked, we... More

Excellent meal. Had the 3 course set menu. Staff were very attentive. Food was delicious. Just couldn't fault it. Excellent value for money.

Nice little place with stunning food. Superb service, very friendly & perfect portions. Creme Brûlée was heavenly - but the Tuna steak was fantastic too, and the duck was unbelievable...but the Salmon starter was great too....all fab!

The food and service here was very good. The atmosphere inside and decor would make for a perfect romantic dinner. The main negative was serving sizes on the smaller side compared to other places I visited and with the prices charged made it relatively poor value.
