Your typical Irish bar abroad, a good selection of beers and sports on the tv

Was over for the Arsenal game, and ended up here. The beer was good, with a good choice and reasonably priced. Service was good, and staff were cheerful, even with the noisy crowds that were in, although this did make a for a great atmosphere. Went back for breakfast the next day, and they... read more

Ma Nolan's old town best place to be for any sport with the friendly hard working staff. Good atmosphere and you can have good banter with the Manager Barry or Dave if your team are winning or losing!!! They will help you with any sport or team you want on any of the 4 large tv's. Also very helpful for... More

Great pub lovely staff who were always helpful. Had breakfast here a couple of days and the full English was top notch! They also know how to pour a pint of Guinness or 2. My son whose been to Dublin gave it the thumbs up.

Went here based on trip advisor reviews which highly rated it. The staff member was very friendly and efficient, however the food was awful. I ordered a chicken burger with chips, basic enough you would think. The chicken was so dry and overcooked it stuck in my throat! The bun was stale and the chips burnt. And the whole thing... More

Yes, we found this jewel of a irish pub while walking the broadwalk in Nice. The WiFi was free, the food was American hamburgers, fries and a cold beer! What a treat, especially since we'd been in France for 2 weeks and missed American food. We went back one more time for dinner and really had a great time. The... More

My boyfriend and I visited both Ma Nolan's whilst in Nice. Both were equally as nice, however, the service provided in the Vieux Nice was excellent. The staff were friendly and the food was lovely but most of the atmosphere was great. We visited the Vieux Nice venue on 04 March 2015, there was a live singer who was exceptional... More

Great place for those who want to experience a look-alike expat experience in an English speaking country ! The food is great, prices are ok, sport games are broacasted on TV screens, and the atmosphere is always very warm. Go there have fun ! but don't go if you dont feel like chatting with english speaking new friends !

I ordered fish and chips which perhaps means something different in Nice but next to the chips was something about the size of a cricket ball. There was barely any fish under the batter. This, alongside the poor service (on a day when the bar was hardly busy) made for a less than satisfactory experience.
