So romantic, interesting, different!

Wow, this place was such a treat. I might suggest wearing flats v. heels, for the nose-dive walk into an underground restaurant! how cool. We sat amongst wine bottles, and arched doorways. The service was attentive. The food was excellent. We shared several appetizers and split 1 entree... read more

This is an adorable, quaint little wine cellar type restaurant in the cellar. Very cool. On our first visit we shared the potatoes, cheese & charcuterie which was very good. Our friend had the risotto, which she enjoyed. They bake their own bread and it's delicious. They have an good wine list. The service was good, but a little slow.... More

Unpretentious, understated, great ambiance in the old cellars - this place is a must if you are a cheese lover and are in Nice. Professionally prepared and presented with seasonal choices, apparently the menu changes often. But the main star is cheese, cheese buffet anyone? Feast for body and senses. Well chosen wine to enhance the experience (just ask the... More

We stumbled upon this quaint restaurant one evening during our stay in Nice and were so impressed. The ambiance is so different, the servers attentive and very knowledgeable in food and wine pairing. Such a great surprise and plan on coming back again this summer when I return to Nice.

Our son is a big cheese fan so we took him here to sample the wonderful world of cheese. He had the cheese buffet which consisted of eat as much cheese as you want from the cold cabinets - there was lot of cheese & he was in cheese heaven. For the rest of the family, we made the mistake... More

I enjoy a dinner here every time I'm in Nice! This restaurant was recommended to a friend and me about four years ago by our Airbnb host. Fantastic cheeses, wine, and incredibly fresh products....what more could you want?!

This did not appear to be a restaurant at all from the outside: it looks more like a small wholesale outlet. Don't let that fool you because the cellar where everyone eats is an intimate vaulted series of spaces. The menu is verty different; plenty of fondue type offerings and almost everything is a cheesy option. The head waiter during... More

And this is the place for both. Still the most romantic and unique setting in town....as well as the biggest surprise. The owner is bursting with energy and enthusiasm. Loves his job! Excellent service and the food, all things cheese, is superb. We shared an entree and then dove into the Comte fondue. Lovely fruity wine selected by the owner....tell... More
