My husband and I went to lunch here and both ordered lunch specials that came with a variety food. Our plates were visually appealing and tasted great! We were able to sample many different foods. The hummus and warm pita bread were great. It was a good value for the money, and I would recommend this spot.

I had never been to a lebasnese restaurant and I haven't been to any other besides this one so i can't really compare. I do know my meditarreanean food (sicilian/north african/greek/palestinian....) but obviously lebanese food is unique. Anyways i really like it, I had the mixed entree menu and I got more than 8 different little plates full of goodness.... More

We had never had Lebanese food before and were pleasantly surprised. It was very tasty and plentiful. We had to apologise to the staff as we could not finish it all. Staff pleasant and helpful and would revisit should we return to Nice.

nice food, very nice dessert, slow service however. Friendly and smiling staff. Prices are very affordable. ( 68 Euro for full course for 2 persons: Appetizers, main course, and dessert + soft drinks)

Went last Sunday to Le Socrate. The food was delicious! We had a series of dishes like sfiha, kibes, baba ganush, hummus, etc.. ( no idea how to spell the dishes) everything was delicious. We had a rosé wine from Lebanon that was amazing. Shall return. Perhaps the only downside is the location Being in Nice one wants to be... More

This restaurant was a real find. Just off the main tramline of Jean Medecin alongside the Cathedral Notre Dame de l'Assomption, it offers a scrumptious middle eastern vegetarian meal. The lunchtime main course is a vegetarian platter (assiette) complete with hummus, moutabal and other mouthwatering east mediterranean mezze titbits. There is also a choice selection of starters for vegetarians and... More

We ate here at lunch time and had a delicious selection of mezzes. My husband is on a gluten free diet and, apart from the pitta bread, he was able to eat everything we chose. We sat outside in a nice location on a small square off the main street.
