Awesome Spanish Paella!

A lot of seafood plenty for a small family of 4. Need to stop and ask as the advertise as 25€ but when you order it,and sit down, you realize it's 25 € per person. Misleading signs posted in front of restaurant. Otherwise excellent food, courteous folks. Language is a barrier when dealing with... read more

This seafood restaurant in the Zone Pieton attracts locals and tourist alike. Their oysters in winter time are sweet and plump. The moules mariniere is all year around in the menu, paella for 2 person is worth a try. Boullabaise is good.

We have visited B a few times - last 10/2014. The food has been the same many years - good, big portions- nothing really special. I like Creme Brulee- the first time it's size was surperise- now its bigger - huge indeed, even I got enought ;-). Okay, it's a joke that you will remember for years and tell your... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel staff. It was convenient and featured seafood. Both were important. Located on one of the main pedestrian walkways. We dined upstairs, room was a bit stodgy. The service was helpful. The food was fresh and well prepared. It was quite expensive. Usually better to dine away from the main tourist centers if you... We have tried Boccacio for lunch a few times over the years. Sure it is in the tourist zone, but it always stood out from the generally dire restaurants in this area as a bit above (and pricing is much above). Last night was a dinner and what a disappointment. Oysters were fine as starters - but then, so they... More

We have chosen Boccacio because of our fiend’s advice and Trip Advisor Certificate of excellence. It was nice but it was too far away from being great. Service is fast, waiters are very polite. Restaurant is much fancier inside than outside. The choice of dishes is not too big as to be honest. We have ordered seafood spaghetti and dish... More

Three of us visited Boccacio for dinner. We shared a half litre of the house red wine which was delicious. My husband and I shared the seafood paella. It was really tasty, with a ton of seafood and was so large we couldn't finish it. My mother had a seafood platter - again, too large for her to finish but... More

My husband and I first dined at Boccacio back in August. We walked past the restaurant one afternoon and were drawn in by massive woks of paella that many customers were having so we decided to have dinner there. We wanted to try their seafood dishes but since we had to order a minimum of 2 portions for the paella... More

The food sounded fantastic. The menu looked sublime. The service appeared sensational, even the night was warm and inviting, we were surely up for a night to remember.....oh yes indeedy! The reality was typically everything French - at its absolute worse. The south of France had proved, up until now, to be perfect in every way - a far cry... More

Seriously, the seafood spaghetti and the rude service ruined my last night in Nice. The seafood, if you call it, died about 5 days ago and tasted bad. Based on its location, they really didn't care if you are gonna return or not. The only good thing about this place is that it opens till very late, and that's why... More
