I arrived at my hotel today - Christmas Eve at around 1.30pm. Planned to go out for lunch but I must have fallen asleep. Went out at 4.00pm and most of Nice closed!! Then I found this place. I wasn't sure it was open but it was. I was just eating at an odd time and somebody must be first.... More

What I like about this place is that they serve socca, which is a typical dish from my hometown Genova, where it's called farinata. I had it as a starter and it was delicious, as usual! The main dish was not as great as I remembered it from a few years ago, when I first visited the place. Their "fritto... More

The food here is really good. Excellent pasta. The spinach ravioli is outstanding. The mussels are very good as well. The minestrone soup was very good. Big portions on all that we ordered. The tiramisu is not to be missed. Nice atmosphere and good prices. The only thing lacking is the service. It is a bit slow and the servers... More

My husband and I usually look at reviews before deciding where to try but on this particular day, we decided to wing it and have wander. We came across this restaurant right by the flower market in Nice and thought it looked nice enough so settled down for a light meal. Light it was not, the portion sizes were huge!... More

Of course this area is known to be touristic and all the restaurants will fit into the category of being touristic. I was interested in the restaurant based on the menu at 17 euros with a starter and a meal. I ordered a Cesar salad which literally came in 2 minutes it is obvious everything is made in advance, but... More

Really well priced for 1 kg 13 to 15 Euros ( we shared of course. )Their mussels are from trees that gets covered with the sea at high tides and they cling to the tree. I... More

I chose this restaurant out of many as the menu had a wide choice. We had mixed fish grill and tarte citron, both of good quality. The waiters speak a few languages and are very friendly and helpful. I will be back next time I'm in Nice.
