Good value for money. Tasty pizzas with reasonable priced red wine (which was also a good choice), great desserts and friendly service.

My friend and I found this restaurant near our hotel in a quiet side street of Avenue Jean Medecin. When we discovered the big stone oven inside we thought first to order pizza, but we ended up choosing meat dishes instead. I chose the Veal Milanese, while my friend ordered the Saltimbocca. Unfortunately it took a very long time before... More

2 burnt pizza's were placed infront of us. 1 off the Pizzas that was burnt was actually FREEZING COLD... Waiter ignored us then rest of night when I took pizza back to chef. Then charged 46e with no apologies or complementary drink. We should have went to McDonalds.

The friendly staff at this small Pizzeria just off the Avenue Jean Medecin are quite persuasive enticing in customers. Seeing a pizza base being spun outside on the pavement is a good advert for something authentic inside. There is a reasonable choice on the menu besides the pizzas and the other food seems well cooked and reasonably priced. The hot... More

Lord Nelson's trousers this was smashing! Our troop wandered in here one evening quite by accident. There isn't much to draw you in from the outside but this restaurant is substance over style - much like the wildebeest of Africa. The menu is fairly typical of an Italian eatery and is well priced, and we saw others tucking in to... More

Authentic pizza place with open oven. Had some pizzas and pastas. Average food, but really nice service! Nothing to celebrate for but I would recommend if you are just looking for some casual dining.

Pizza is excellent, salads are merely passable. Crispy thin crust, not too much cheese, wide choice of tasty toppings, just what this guy from NJ loves! Good choice if staying in the area, or shopping at the nearby Nice Etoile mall or Ave. Jean de Medecin. Closed Sundays.

I don't know what that guy from San Antonio was talking about, but he must not have ever had good pizza. Being from the USA, we assumed he knew what good pizza tasted like. Granted, I've never had pizza in Texas, but I assumed that they could make a decent pie down there. This place was is like all others... More

We wanted a simple evening meal after a busy day and walked for a few minutes from our hotel and found this gem of a little Italian family restaurant. The pizza was freshly made in the wood burning oven which is the main focal point of the inside of the restaurant and easily provides great viewing, watching the very skilful... More

Very convenient - right next door to the Hotel Boreal. The place is very relaxed and the staff were friendly and pleasant. I ordered the Romana Pizza; my fiance' the Cannibale. The Pizza's were SO well made - it was so delicious we ate every bit of our order. We were so impressed we even ordered dessert - I recommend... More
