We went here based on past reviews. Had two nights of excellent food and Bandol 2008 red wine. Great menu with varied set priced options. Lucky to get a table on the first night. Booked for the second night. Very popular restaurant. Staff are very attentive to your every need. To keep us away from Nice Old Town for two... More

The food was very tasty and was traditional. The waiters were very helpful by talking in English when you couldn't get your meaning across in French. The atmosphere was good. There was a constant stream of people trying to get in. We had the set menu, the peach tart didn't stand up the rest of the meal but the beef... More

We were looking for something to eat which relfected the local cuisine but was within our budget and we stumbled across this fantastic restaurant close to the station. The menu changes every day but always has dishes of the region. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the waiters spoke a little English which was great and could... More

We go back from time to time to this cosy, friendly restaurant mainly because we can be confident we will be received well by the owner and his attentive staff and we will enjoy traditional food cooked well and presented simply and without any pretension. At this time of year the pressure on restaurant service in this city often leads... More

Great choice, delicious salmon terrine and lovely homemade desserts. We opted for one of the set menus, there is a lot of choice. Service friendly and efficient.

Our worst lunch in a week in Nice. Some dishes were ok, but some were really bad. Not exactly cheap. The table wine was terrible.

In a city (and a region as a whole) where it is difficult to get a budget meal (or anything for that matter), Voyageur Nissart stood out for both it's food and prices. They have three set menus starting from €16.50, and they serve hearty French food with a smattering of Niçois and Provençal specialities. I went to the restaurant... More

On a recent trip to Nice, France, we discovered this restaurant. The have several price categories of fixed price meals, and some of the choices change daily. We loved it so much that we went back 5 nights in a row, and made it a point to get there for our last night after travelling in Italy. For 39Euro, we... More
