Pleasant evening

Went here on our first night in Nice. The food was lovely services as pleasant and wine was good. Sat outside overlooking the harbour and had a very enjoyable time.

Having passed this restaurant on many occasions and always thought the food looked nice if not a bit pricey we decided to dine there. The service was very slow and not helpful at all. Unfortunately my first choice of starter was no longer available. We both ordered the stuffed sardines.... Well after waiting for 35 minutes they arrived and it... More

I had a business dinner there and we ate only fish dishes. Well presented and tasty. As we chose to seat outside the staff even brought us blankets :-) Afterward we had a pleasant chat with the female cook who came over to ask about our experience. Overall the food very good, presentation as well. A bit too expensive, tough,... More

This is a sure bet for properly cooked fish. Never been disappointed here. I would say it ranks among the top 3 restaurants in the port. In the summertime the cars cueing for the Corsica ferries might be a bit disturbing.

Nice modern French restaurant with an outdoor terrace situated on the quiet side of the old harbour. Very pretty at night. I found the music a bit loud and incongruous. The fish was simply but perfectly cooked with fresh herbs and lemon. The 37 euro menu also included a very generous foie gras starter (more like the Italian idea of... More

A lovely little restaurant on the quay in Nice, with really authentic French cuisine all freshly prepared by a very enthusiastic young chef. We had the set menu at 37 euro which was fantastic, with foi gras for starter, sea bream for main which was caught by a fishing boat docked about 50 m away and an amazing raspberry "... More

Went to this great seafood restaurant after travelling around France, Paris, burgundy, and Provence. This place had great cooked seafood dishes. Staff was friendly, they spoke some English with French accent. Had the grilled frog legs in olive oil and garlic sauce with herbs was really good. This is where you can try out the French frog legs. Had the... More

Plenty of tables spare at this restaurant and we liked the look of the desserts, as we (family of 4) had already eaten a main course, we asked if we could have dessert and coffee. The waiter was rude and said No! I asked why and he said we have to keep the tables for full diners. There are many... More

Hi madam! I work in this restaurant and i am chef cuisine. We are not a terrace where you can have only dessert or tea. If you re hungry and at the butcher, would you get mad if he refuse to Cook in his shop? Its not our activity. My waiter starts early in the morning and need a nap... More

A good location on the quieter side of the port, a well presented set of tables on the pavement and a better than average fish-biased menu didn't quite deliver somehow. Service was friendly and efficient enough but the food was little more than satisfactory on this occasion.

Having read enthusiastic reviews on this restaurant, together with friends we decided to give it a try on a breezy August evening. Service was kind, but the menu didn't highlight anything really eyecatching. I had Spanish mussels with garlic butter, followed by a parrillada of fish (swordfish, tuna, scallop and scampi) served on a julienne of carrots and baby potatoes,... More
