This was very nice restaurant, food was good and we were served very quickly and friendly. The situation of this restaurant wasn't very peaceful, but this thing didn't bother us at all and we had lovely lunch here.

I had been recommended this restaurant by a friend. What a disappointment! Service was friendly enough, but he food had nothing to write home about. The méli mélo assortment of nice specialities was boring and pretty oily, the mesclun salad was served without any dressing, the pizzas were tasteless and the pasta was overcooked. After that we decided to overlook... More

We arrived slightly late and even though restaurant was very busy we were given a table right away, this is not always the case in France and especially not to my experience in Nice. The food was really good, service was attentive and swift. Location is really nice in the old town, and we chose the restaurant just because it... More

We had a 22.50 euro set menu with three courses.A lovely outdoor seating area means you can watch the people go by and enjoy the cooling shade on a warm day. The first course, a Salad Nicoise, was enough for lunch! The Moules & Fries was huge, and very tasty, Delicious and generous sized creme brulee to finish and it... More

We had an early dinner outside in a very busy street, but with a lot of atmosphere. It quickly fills up and service can then get a little slow. The restaurant has an extensive menu and the tables outside can be quite close together. The John Dory was excellent. Attentive staff, but note that the restaurant is closed from 6-6.30... More

This is just another tourist trap in the old town. Slow service and average /poor food. Nothing special. There is much better option if you are willing to walk out of the old town. Try "La Clef D'or"! Cost you a few euro more but MUCH better.

My husband and I had the set menu and were not disappointed. I had the fish mango salad and salmon and the creme brulee (best part of the meal) along with an excellent bottle of local wine and I must say it was one of the best meals we had. The atmosphere was very cute and the service was good.... More

Husband had delightful blue cheese gnocchi. I had pretty good salad niçois. We shared and amazing bottle of white wine from Provence. Our server was alright, found a middle ground in our language barrier, made the polite joke and chat, but we really felt he didn't have time for us - like other customers were more important. We'd heard that... More

Good portions, friendly service, very busy restaurant. Special thanks to our lovely waitress Joanna who was rushed off her feet, but was always smiling. Give it a go!!

We had lunch at this lovely restaurant in the Old Town of Nice this June. The service was excellent and the set up is conducive to a relaxed lunch with friends. My friend had a lasagne that was delicious but the portion size was for two ....not one. I think it wise to ask questions about portion size before ordering.... More
