This might just be the most interesting meal you might ever have! Marie and Jean-Michel will take you on a gastronomic tour de force of south-west France! Small, cosy and eclectic, the hosts will make you feel right at home, as if eating in their own home! Food is beyond compare. Duck fat is good for you!!! Book early, is... More

A wonderful husband and wife collaboration makes for the type of restaurant that you rarely come across. From the moment you arrive Marie makes you feel as though she was entertaining you at her home. Meanwhile the smell of Jean Michelle's cooking gets your mouth watering. The menu is proudly South West French, with duck and natural foie gras being... More

My wife and I celebrated our Wedding Anniversary with Marie and Jean Michelle proprietors Lu Route du Miam recently. We caught the tram from Massena stop ( city ) to Borriglione stop ( €1.50) 10 minute journey. A short walk on your left you will find 1 Moliere Rue. The greeting upon arrival at the restaurant was an overwhelming welcome... More

La route du Miam is a unique experience. I believe you should try this place and you will love it. However be prepared not to digest the food till 24 hours later. The pate is unique, creamy and flavoured and it's a pity to leave food on the plate. It is expensive, costs 25 euro per plate but it's worth..... More

We had a fantastic dining experience. The duck and foie gras is absolutely fantastic. The portions are generous so Marie was kind enough to pack my leftovers (which were excellent the following day). It is a small restaurant and very unpretentious. You will feel like part of the family when you leave. It's a little outside of the town center,... More

This is truly a unique and wonderful experience!! Truly wonderful drink, duck & foie gras and friendly, caring, passionate host (owner). Very small & intimate setting & a truly unforgettable experience. May be some of the best food on the planet.

From beginning to end, for foodie travelers, La Route du Miam will not disappoint. Don't expect a tasting menu - expect a very personal experience with owner/chef Jean Michel and his wife Marie. It's almost like having dinner in their home. The food was superb, the wine was great and the service was second to none. Definitely order the most... More

Not only the food delicious duck "foie gras" and wines + the dessert "crepes bordelaise", the lady helped to translating the menu. The service level was above average and the food quality is highest level. This does not shame to it's neighbour restaurants in the Monaco principality. The level is 5 out of 5.
