Cozy environment, cool decoration with many local antiques, nice service, warm taste of creativity with delicate look. The dessert is amazing.

No frills but wonderful. Must book well in advance, a 3 course menu with adequate choice at E17. Every course was so good..... we hope to return.

A three-course meal is served. The shrimp and avocado entrée was delicious as was the herring. Both the veal and duck were amazing main courses. The pear and chocolate clafoutis was beyond words and the other desserts were very tasty. The server was extremely efficient bringing water, bread and refilling our wine glasses as needed, without asking. All four of... More

After reading so many rave reviews about Chez Palmyre - I held court outside the restaurant early one morning to get a reservation 2 nights later. It worked and I was so excited about our visit. On arrival tonight - the restaurant was full. We were seated in a very tight table for 4. Suffice it to say the other... More

We selected this restaurant for a representative meal in Nice. It is located in the old town and is very small and owner operated. We chose the 17 Euro three course meal (four options for each course) and our party of 4 was very pleased with our choices. The restaurant was completely filled within a short time of opening, so... I went all seafood from the shrimp and avocado tartar to the 1/2 done tuna as the main ... Never have I had tuna this good when prepared fresh... More

There is a set price of 17 euros for three course, four options to choose from for each course. This place is unpretentious, small, cosy, hard to get into and loved by the locals. The atmosphere is relaxing and you might have to share a table. The owners appear more keen on delivering good food and making sure that people... More

If you are looking for a typical Nicois restaurant in the old town, you need look no further! Serving great casseroles & Nicois specialialities . It is a very small restaurant so booking is essential.

It was sheer passion in the kitchen. We had to make two trips and we really kept calling the restaurant even after being refused as they were fully booked around Christmas. Then we called at 11 am and we were the first ones to be seated. Loved the meal.
