Home cook italian cuisine

Home cook like what your mama will make. Portion is big and yet you will be surprise you finish it all. Love their pasta and how's it is served in a tiny pan.

Busy restaurant near Place Massena but off the main strip. There was a wide choice of mainly Italian food, their speciality appears to be pasta served in a frying pan (sounds pretentious but actually really nice). The macaroni cheese with truffles was excellent and Salade Nicoise was also really good. Definitely worth a try.

The food is perfectly flavoured and does not feel too heavy. It is a delight to be served in iron skillets. Service is friendly as well. It is recommended that one make a reservation as the place fills up very quickly on weekends.

Tucked away slightly so not as frenetic as many of Nice's restaurants. This was possibly the reason it seemed to lack ambience. It was less than half full on the Wednesday I ate there. The seafood was very fresh in the poelli that I tried and came served with linguine. Service was efficient. Just not blown away by the experience

wonderful italian food, do not miss the pasta with white and black truffles. we can also recommend the saltimbocca as well as the gnocchi with beef stew. generous portions, ideally located seating in a quieter street. our server was not very friendly but otherwise the experience was good. also, they serve great espresso.

After having a very good lunch here, we returned and had an exceptional dinner. We had a wonderful organic white wine, zucchini blossom fritters as an appetizer and two fabulous entrees with a dessert. The staff were exceedingly helpful, from suggesting the perfect Provençal wine to introducing us to Limoncello! An evening to remember. One of the very best meals... More

Me and my girlfriend dropped in here for dinner. At around 7:30 pm we got one of the last available tables outdoors. So don't be too late unless you have reservations. While the scenery is not very exciting at this restaurant it is conveninently located just outside the old town and the food is very good. We both had pasta... More

During the day a lot of office workers dine / lunch here so we thought this must be a pleasant alternative to the Cours Saleya tourist traps. It is not too far from the latter, across the newly developed Park Paillon. Very close to HSBC. We had lunch outside, which was a blessing on a 32C day. The sun helpfully... More

Simply the best place we ate in Nice. A Great Italian restaurant and great service. The specials are very expensive - so must be very special. We ate from the regular a la carte. Cannot recommed this highly enough. We booked in the morning on both occasions. Wine cheapest was €22 per bottle but Italian and nice quality. Go here!
