Great icecream

Well, it's icecream and it tastes great. We had heard of this from some friends and we decided to try it out.

Whenever we're in Nice, rather than a dessert in a restaurant, we always walk to Fennochio for the best ice cream on the Cote d"Azur. There is an absolutely huge range but our favourites are some of the less obvious ones like Rose, Melon and Lychee

We walked here after dinner. It is a beehive of activity in a very busy square with lots of other restaurants. The choices of ice cream, as other have written, are mind-blowing, as is the size of the portions. Italian as well as English is spoken.

There are so many flavours it is almost impossible to choose & every one we had was beautiful. Very popular but staff cope well with quick friendly service.

Some of the flavors are alright but the amount of flavors is just mind-blowing. The more excentric the gelato sounds, the best it is. If you ever find yourself in southern France, Fenocchio should be a mandatory stop.

If you love Italian Ice cream this is the right place to go. Huge variety of flavours, big portions at good prices. I always go when I visit Nice and my friends and family also love this place.

The kids liked it but mine finished in the bin. If you ever had real Gelato at some of the best places in Italy, you will agree that this is purely a business taking advantage of tourist. They offer about 50 flavor of what I suspect a mix of artificial products. NAC=Never Again Cathegory

Very good ice cream with plenty to choose from, I did not find licorice, which I love, but I think they had almost everything else

I was staying with friends in Nice and they took me here when I first arrived. I also went on a "food and culture" tour later in the week and we stopped here as well. They have a huge range of ice cream at reasonable prices, including many unusual flavours. The prices are very reasonable - especially since it's in... More
