Tucked away on a quiet corner near the ancient fort on the old port of Menton this little restaurant not only has excellent food, pretty decor but most importantly a fabulous young Sri Lankan owner who gives a charming feeling to the atmosphere . Whilst surrounding restaurants serve unimaginative food here the room is full of local Mentonnais enjoying the... More

A real Indian restaurant with a nice terrace that can be used in winter too. We went with children and the guy that runs the restaurant was very kind in following our necessities. The plates are not huge but if you pick up many choices you will be able to taste different tastes. The saffron rice is the best for... More

Very elegant and pretty restaurant. Service is great, the manager is a very kind gentleman, always welcoming and flexible even when asked to modify dishes. Try the vegetarian dishes, so tasty and special. Best restaurant in Menton.

We spent 5 days in Menton and ate at this restaurant twice! The food is excellent and pretty reasonably priced. The menu is comparable to Indian menus in the UK - which is actually quite difficult to get in this part of France/Italy. We went the first time on an extremely rainy evening with not many people out and about... More

Had a time finding this place but found it right off the parking lot of the covered market. Its a lovely space with a patio. The food was wonderful because we were looking for a change after a month of very special French food. The lamb byrini was perfectly cooked and the prestentation picture perfect. The potato Kofta & nan... More

We ate here for the first time and were not disappointed. We had a table on the terrace and were just the two of us. We ate Mutton Masala, saag aloo, rice and nan bread and mango lassi. The food was fresh and delicious, very fragrant, not overly spicy. The portions were a little on the small side but enough... More

The staff are very friendly. That's the only plus point about this place. We were a party of four. We ordered a takeaway of: chicken dhansak, chicken madras and two different mutton curries and a daal, along with rice and a variety of naans and mixed starters. The mutton and chicken curries (and the daal come to that) were indistinguishable... More

The place is nicely decorated and the staff is also nice. The menu has everything you need and yet you not overwhelmed by choices as you can sometimes be in Indian restaurant. The food was very good and tasty and you can ask to be spiced to your taste.

The restaurant was not busy when we visited and it took forever to get served. The Indian food was disappointing. If you love curry and have eaten good curry in London, New York or Frankfurt you will not be happy with the quaity of the food here. We spent several days in Menton and enjoyed this meal the least. We... More

Buddhism is an outgrowth of Hinduism... and this is evident in this small, elegant indoor dining area where people walk in with their animals un-opposed. This age old question of health, safety and common decency was settled long ago, but current fads of compassion, bleeding heart Liberals and French fashion prevail... There are no Brahmins here! Anyhow, being a homeless... More
