We treated ourselves to the excellent value lunch menu on the lovely terrace under a shady tree with stunning views of the countryside below all the way to the glistening Med. The food was worthy of the chef's Michelin rating with a generous portion of excellent foie gras beautifully presented followed by a delicious, creamy brandade. This was accompanied by... More

Ambitious kitchen and good wine list. But the service is far behind what you could expect in this price range. Been there twice! Unfortunately not worth the trip.

It has been a couple of years since I last ate here and I'm afraid I will not be rushing back. The good thing is the food - the most important I know, but let down so badly by service and atmosphere. It was very windy so the terrace wasn't open which is a shame as the views are fantastic.... More

I live in Opio about 5 minutes away and this is in my view the best Michelin starred restaurant in the area that has ACCEPTABLE prices, cooked by a renowned chef of the region. I have eaten many times here with my family and have always been pleased. This is a one star Michelin and my view is when they... More

I have never written a review before ,mainly out of laziness however I feel so strongly about my poor experience at Lou Fassum I just had to. The location is truly stunning and that is where the praise ends. Probably best I write in bullet points otherwise this could be a very long review (this was around a 100Euro a... More

this would be a nice place if prices would be cut by 50%. At this price level the place seems pretentious: the food less than exciting, the service friendly, but simple and not well trained for a restaurant of this price category. Mislead by the usually very reliable guide Guide Gantier we went there three times, once as a group... More

This is certainly not a gastronomic restaurant, very expensive (you'll eat much better on Cannes Croisette for the same price), and not good food. Great view though!

I was there for my daughters wedding lunch in January of 2011. It was the first time I experienced real French cuisine. It was truly amazing.

I just got the opinion that they had so much more to give and I feel sure that they do, maybe with a little nurturing they will because they have a great restaurant, with spectacular views... Most of the service was ok, although verging on rude from the maitre d' , and the food had 'great promise' but was lacklustre.... More
