Modern cafe with nice staff

This restaurant seemed quiet compared to most in Eze but having tried it we were't sure why. The staff were nice and friendly and the food was excellent. It wasn't cheap but no much more than normal for the area and better than many places in Eze and surroundings.

We were very glad to find this little restaurant after having problems finding our way to Eze (went to Eze Plage by mistake) and arriving hot and tired by bus to find huge crowds of tourists all milling up the hill. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had delicious Caesar Salads. It's not easy finding something light... More

Along my travels it's been very hard to find a decent salad and that I did here. I ordered a niçoise salad and it was perfect. Decent portion, tasty and all. The location is easy to find. It's right near the bus stop and you cut across a small car park to get to it. Not the best view but... More

In our way to Eze we were starving. This restaurant is in the bottom of the mountain, so we decide to eat before climb to the town. We love it because the pasta is great, they were very nice to do pasta for mi girl with tomato sauce and the pasta with garlic and pepper is great. for 12 Euros.... More

I whisked my husband off to Monte Carlo for his birthday this year, and we travelled a lot along the Cote d'Azur coastline. We had met with people who had been to Eze before we went to Monte Carlo so it was on our list of things to do. Having visited the beautiful mountain top medieval village, we called at... More

This attractive looking 'cafe' - well positioned, inviting terrace, promising menu, good wine list - once run by an unpleasant woman and given up a year ago was given another chance only to discover that it is now run by an unpleasant man. The 'plat du jour' - 'Canard aux olives' - I thought 'how much harm could the the... More

We went for lunch on a hot day and were pleased that the outdoor dining got a breeze and was shady. Very comfortable. The formule was delicious and very generous on food. We would definitely recommend it.

We didn't want another Michelin star meal so we walked down the path to the main village, near the Police, and were seated outside on a balmy evening, for a casual value-for-money dinner. Our friends had a burger (average he said), and a salad (good). But our prawn curry was out of this world. Admittedly we had to put salt... More

Two chums and I, on business in Monaco, staying at a local hotel, ate three nights out of six, here at Le Colette. The food was plentiful and good, the cheese board excellent, and we had several excellent wines at really good prices. The Chef/owner(?) is a charismatic and friendly guy; his young son was a cracking good waiter, and... More

I was alone, the staff were very nice to me and I enjoyed my shrimp risotto - very fresh seafood. With bread and mineral water it was 20 euros for lunch. I see complaints about the tourists - if course they have tourists all over Eze, it's hard to avoid them here. If you don't want to go to a... More
