Down the street from chateau Eze and Chèvre D'Or is this cozy restaurant. The concierge at Chèvre D'or recommended that we try it. Excellent suggestion! We each had the 39.50 € three course dinner. Scallop starter outstanding....duck very good...blueberry cake excellent! They also had a good selection of half bottles of wine. When my husband raved about the potatoes the... More

My husband and I were pretty jet lagged on arrival and ate here our first night. Food was okay overall. Large portions but still a bit overpriced for down home (French style) cooking.

T and I went there one evening when the village has emptied of tourists. We had one of only three tables outside. Inside was very quiet too. It was good that it was quiet, service was unobtrusive and friendly, food was reasonably good - starter scallops were excellent. My John Dory was nice but had an identical sauce as the... More

We walked past this restaurant a couple of times but it wasn't open. Mid season and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. However this meant we were intrigued and popped in for lunch. There are only two tables outside on the street but inside its fairly cavernous. We were alone when we first came in and the waiter did... More

Waited about 15 minutes for a seat outside and ordered a bottle of great wine from their extensive list. Enjoyed the view and wine. Small but private and quiet. Very nice stop.

I first had a meal here in the mid 80's , the food is still good but somehow old fashioned and vaguely tired. Almost as if they are going through the motions. Certainly worth a visit but not a detour.

Had a pre-fixe 3 course dinner with my wife, and overall, this was a decent restaurant that offered good value. I had scallops with truffle shavings, lamb chops, and profiteroles, and everything had nice taste and was presented well. The cost of the meal was reasonable, especially compared to other restaurants in the area. Service was fine, decor a bit... More

I like the cosy a bit old fashioned atmosphere in this mediveal village. Food is very good, and a very good value for money with a three course menu around 40€ including options like Foie Gras end St. Pierre fish.

the food was excellent - probably the best we have had in France on this trip. The only issue to a perfect evening was the sole waiter who was excellent but as the evening went on and the clientele grew, he was invariably overstretched. Everything went well until we asked for the bill which took an unacceptable amount of time.... More

This restaurant in the tiny hill top Eze village is a must if you are staying in either of the deluxe hotels. The restaurant is not as "gourmet" but a little more simple - nevertheless the food is of a very high quality with a great variety of options also. Great wines, carefully selected with only the best vintages available,... More
