Can't go to Cannes without visiting a french world champion of pastry !

The chef is world champion pastry, so to integrate to you repertoire of taste signatures. The cakes are very well executed, technically beautiful, aesthetically as well. A shop in an hotel with a good design. People are nice. Speaking of taste, I must admit that I find the work a bit too sweet... read more

Nice little café with on-street seating a couple of rows back from the Croisette....for that alone it's worth a recommendation. Then there are the cakes, and the almost nonchalant notice among them that they are made by the world pastry champion....OMG!!! Cakes this good could easily sell for several times what Intuitions charge, and the macaroons in particular are beyond... More

Stunning display of sweets and cakes which are so temptingly presented they are almost impossible to refuse, had a selection with coffee in the lobby on the recommendation of the young polite member of staff. I had a small slice of an Orange muffin type of cake with a small gateau which were just divine. Well worth a visit to... More

Sampled here several desserts and all were extraordinary - Paris-Brest or Opera dessert are fabulous.

He's not won the award of world pastry champion for nothing! Superb deserts to eat in or takeaway and not at ridiculous prices. Macaroons are highly recommended. Polite, friendly shop assistant that spoke excellent English. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area, and it's just off the main shopping street, so not even out of the way.

Yes, it is in the lobby of the hotel, and yes, you get exactly what you want : the best sweets ever. They also serve thick italian style chocolate.

We happened to walk by a sign that said 'world pastry champion' so just had to go back to try it out - and we were delighted. We had a champagne tea with some of the best cakes I've ever had. We sat out on the street (I didn't even realise it had indoor seating) but the roadside location was... More

Myself and my partner visited Cannes on a day trip from Nice. I had seen this tea room on TripAdvisor and knew I had to visit! We had an afternoon tea with champagne (16 euro, which I thought was very reasonable) and sat inside, the room where you eat is stunning. The cakes were unbelievable and it was a real... More
