The food was delicious as we expected, price also reasonable for this kind of fine dining. The interior was nice, but nothing fancy compared to many other trendy restaurants. What made it was the location over the rooftops, and the connection with the city. I liked, in the evening when they took away the windows and to be indoor was... More

this place proved its M star from the beginning till the end, through its very good service, fine and tasty food, valuable yet reasonably priced wine, plus the personnel's attention and the chef's dedication for the customers' satisfaction. to understand this, among all the above, let's just keep in mind that this is a french restaurant, which serves, among many... have not stayed at the Five Seas, but was tempted in and had a coffee and cakes in their ground floor lounge, my wife and her brother were so impressed that they asked for a tour of the hotel and they immediately fell in love with the brasserie and restaurant area on the 4th floor, so we ended up having... Sea Sens is a great restaurant inside a great hotel (Hotel Five) in Cannes. The restaurant now has a Michelin Star but there was only one problem - it was shut on the day we visited. Not to worry. The restaurant has a sister place, located in the room next door. It is the brasserie within the hotel/restaurant. My wife... More

Food was what you can expect from Michelin star restaurant, even more, for people who likes fusion food even exeptional. Service excellent. Interior in bit "tired" and also requires some dusting

The food at the sea sens is good, even very good but there is nothing exceptional. A few weeks after my visit, not one dish stick to mind (which, in my opinion, should be the case when dining in a one star Michelin restaurant). We were also disappointed by the desert, maybe our expectations were too hug as the pastry... More

At lunch they have a reasonable 3 course menu for 29 euro pp - cooked and prepared by the same Michelin starred chef, but more economical. I don't know what the complaint reviews are about - my experience was divine. Amazing food, executed perfectly, and exceptional service. The head chef Arnaud Tabarec came and said hello to ask if we... More

I called from Hong Kong to reserve a table only to be told that the restaurant was always closed on Tuesdays when I presented myself. Instead of apologizing, the woman in charge kept claiming that both the manager and herself were absent when I made the reservation. Given that it's a one Michelin star restaurant, such chaotic and unprofessional service... More

We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. For some reason I thought there would be a lovely view of Cannes, as it is located on the fifth floor of the hotel. This is not the case as it is in an enclosed very unatmospheric room. It was a special lunch for my birthday and I wished... More
