Situated directly on the old quai, this places offers both great food and a view of the people walking by. But it also has the view out to the docks where you can ogle the yachts. Go for the oysters first and then the fish after that. Staff speaks English enough to make it easy.

My wife and I dined here upon the recommendation of the staff at our hotel, Le Cavendish (they recommended it as a "good restaurant that isn't overpriced"). We were very pleased to have followed their advice and highly recommend L'assiette Provencale. Since neither of us speak French, it was very helpful that the waitress spoke strong English and the menu... More

The reviews are true, the food is great. The location is nice (on the port) and the restaurant has great ambiance. The service was awesome as well. The only negative is the portion sizes. However, I understand that the 3 course menus are so affordable (25 or 29 euros for dinner) that there has to be a concession somewhere. I'd... More

After several disappointing meals, we chose this little restaurant based on other reviews and we were very pleased. The food is good value and tasty but the real plus is the service. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. A lovely holiday memory and one to recommend. There is a lovely relaxed vibe. Merci beaucoup!

Our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers had the most wonderful meal tonight in L'assiette Provencale. We chose the set menu €32 which covered 3 courses all of which were excellent. I would recommend the prawn and scallops risotto which was superb as was the chocolate fondant!! Service was particularly attentive and pleasant. One to revisit!!

We are just coming back from the restaurant. We found the place on tripadvisor. Food is amazing, staff are super friendly and nice. We went with €24.00 menu and we really enjoyed it. Most people were french there which was a good sign that they know the place as a good restaurant. As tourist we really rate this restaurant as... More
