Unique experience, great food

Don't come to this place expecting a quiet romantic dinner and delicate portions. Expect a lot of food, and wine, and attention. The meal was terrific, but it's the atmosphere that you'll either love or hate...sort of a party and meal combined into one. Also be aware that its tricky to locate... read more

Been twice and have been impressed each time. Great food and everytime. The entertainment is excellent, acoustic guitars and fine singing. The welcome from the staff and attention is excellent. A must for Cannes!

Secondhand time here, only downside was that Google said closed when they were opened. That sorted it was a feast from eyes to ears. Thanks guys, hope to hear a full ensemble next time. Get well. / Mattias - Sweden

We came to visit out of curiosity of Cannes' no 1 restaurant. The ambience was casual and cosy. The set/ fixed menu comprise of alcohol, selections of entree, main and desserts. My French partner loved traditional cuisines served plentiful. I thought the food was good and you'll easily be pleased but not the best you can get in Cannes. The... More

As you enjoy fresh seafood in front of you be prepared to be mesmerised and transported into a gypsy village as the owner, his wife and friend sing songs and play their guitar. I had a vegetarian guest whom the owner personally discussed menu options with and cooked a spectacular meal for. Try the lobster bisque and their terrine (if... More

Well this was a great deception. A bit away from the hard core tourist street this restaurant so well ratee . Yet when you take a seat they begin serving you without telling anything about a price, pour medium class champagne in your glass, serve you some terrine with salad and give you a bottle of red wine which looks... Visited this restaurant with my husband 3 nights ago after reading trip advisor reviews. We were not disappointed. We arrived hungry and were quickly given a glass of champagne along with an unexpected pre starter of pickles, olives, bread, country pate and a large salad. This was all part of the fixed price menu, which also included a second course... More

We ate here while in Cannes because of its high ranking on trip advisor. While some of the food was nice I didn't think it was good enough quality to be ranked so high and certainly we had eaten better meals in Cannes. We also were not keen on the entertainment which was Latin orientated and seemed out of place... More
