Best restaurant in Cannes!

I was there for the Film Festival, and I can safely say that it was the best meal I had (among many other, more expensive meals at the best beach bars and the two grand hotels). The service is incredible, the staff are clearly good friends, which is great to see. The food is fantastic. The... read more

I have been here several times, allways a little worried to go for a set menu, allmost Like a "buffet" in my mind, and buffet is a word which is not to be said in our House.. However, even "set menu" sounds bad, in this case it os not.. Actually this set menu is fantastic and it has been executed... More

I'm finding it difficult to reconcile the warmth of the reviews for this restaurant and the meal I have just eaten, and more to the point the price we paid for that meal. At 49 euro per person and 39 euro for a bottle of the house red, the word OUTRAGEOUS is maybe a slight exaggeration, but only a slight... More

Albeit a little tight if you are with more than one other person, the service and vegetable basket more than make up for the other table eves dropping on your conversation. We were a party of 6, packed against the wall recently. Service with a smile and so attentive. Wine selections were fantastic and oh that veggie basket! its like... More

You won't find a better meal than here. We've been dining at Le Maschou for over 25 years at least twice a year when in Cannes on business. Family owned, everything is fresh. The vegetable basket, steak, chicken and lamb are meticulously prepared. Don't eat a big lunch before you go there for dinner. It will be the best meal... More

As you can see from some of the pictures already posted this restaurant does the most overwhelmingly impressive crudités! Grilled bread from the open fire was also superb, but the main event is worth saving room for. The menu itself is small with offerings of salmon, baby chicken, lamb or ribeye steak the evening we visited. We had lamb and... More

If you like meat and an original ambiance you should go there. In the old town of Cannes you will have a family service And a very good meat. Thank you for this night

A great find tucked away in Rue Saint Antoine a restaurant that hasn't changed its decor or menu in years, but don't be put off by that. It's a fixed price and menu, four courses of heaven especially the meat, chicken, steak or lamb. It's not a big restaurant, so I suggest you book! I won't say anymore as it... More

Me and my fiancée's family came here in late-June 2014 and it was my first time; although her family have been going for years. There's only one menu on offer and it is excellent. You start with some lovely ham and melon, followed by a huge basket of raw vegetables which you dip in some exquisite sauces. You then can... More

Such a great restaurant. Extraordinary Meat, very friendly service and fair prices. Everything is so fresh and tasty! The wine they recommend is fitting perfectly. If you're in Cannes, come here. Save some room for dessert as well! It's just a little bit small but very charming.
