Craving oysters and other sea food..? look no further! it is fresh and it is quite an institution in Cannes. You cannot book, so there is always a long queue outside the restaurant. The atmosphere is quite rustic, plastic chair, no table coth, but it is very friendly, efficient and most of all.. delicious! if you go, you should also... More

It is worth waiting for - come early, because this place is well-known and for a good reason. This is not just a seafood restaurant, it is the seafood place of Cannes. The menu card is simple - good sign. The main course was top quality. And the wife went on board into the the basin of Fish Assortment -... More

Just -once time more- a confirmation for a fantastic place. This time we were at first floor , near the window , looking around and to the "vieux port". More quiet the plateau royal was very good as usual and coreoghaphic! The wine suggested has been appreciated and so, we enjoied a lot our dinner. The only thing to mentioned... More

My friend and I had a wonderful time in this nice restaurant. We were lucky to stop by outside of the busy hours so it was easy to find a table. The food experience was AMAZING, mainly oysters, to the point that we decided to go back there in our second and last day in Cannes. The service was amazing,... More

First of all, you're going to have to wait for a table. So best not to complain about it - in whichever language might be your native tongue. Use this time to ponder the enormous trays overflowing with creatures from the sea. And yes, the service is a tad on the curt side. But they're just trying to get to... More

If you are mad about fish in all its forms as I am, you cannot compromise on quality. And you will venture to the point that you will not not care much about the service and/or the accomodation as long as you will treat yourself. Actually, the more the restaurant reminds you of a fishmonger the better. This is the... More

Astoux et Cie Brun is a good place to enjoy seafood the Cote d'Azur. The food choice is varied. Every time we come to Cannes, we go to this restaurant. Most of all I like a soup bouillabaisse.

We were recommended to this restaurant because of the "outstanding" seafood. Well, they have what appears to be a terrific menu, with a very wide variety of seafood. Two French families were seated after us, but served before us. I find that irritating, especially because I speak a small amount of French. Food was good, but overpriced. Would I return... More

the food is 7/10,its not bad but expensive. the scallop risotto w/truffles was 39 euro and any main is between 38-43. the place and the ambiance is not great, its not modern. i would go to gaston gastonette if you like to eat great seafood at this expense.

A mediocre restaurant that specialises in attracting passers by. Most fish is pre cooked and tasteless. Oysters and shell fish very risky. The wine list very scarce
