Hidden away back from the promenade de la plage this restaurant serves really great fresh fish. Compared to the rather old fashioned Charlot premier just round the corner this is a busy, modern and altogether more interesting experience. Try to get a table on the small terrace out the front although inside is lively and different as well. I had... More

We have eaten in this restaurant at least a dozen times, maybe more. Once we were disappointed but maybe we made the wrong choice. Every other time we have been extremely happy, not only with the food, but also the service which is super efficient and professional and also not overbearing. On the menu you can find some meat, but... More

I wanted to invite the couple we were staying with for a week and another couple of friends. We ordered three starters for six and six fish entrees, aperitives, three bottles of wine, two deserts and coffees, all of very good quality and well prepared (except the foie gras poêlé in one starter which was slightly overcooked) and paid €400... This restaurant does not have an attractive, nor a welcoming environment. Furthermore, one gets the distinct impression that nothing here is as it should be. As an example, the supposed fresh whole crab has no taste, and no soup in its shell. One is led to think that the various parts of the crab come from various frozen packets, displayed... More

We popped in on our way to Nice Airport, and our only disappointment was that we wish that we had more time to savour this wonderful place. We were welcomed by friendly staff, and had the menu of the day (17 Euro for 2 courses). Everything was beautifully cooked and presented, and tasted delicious. But the menu of the day... More

A pleasent surprise was this ambitious restaurant. However, as other visitors comment here, having made a quick calculation on the weight and price of the fresh fish offered we realized we should tur to the menu. Good food, ambitious, but the menu should also include a couple of less costly alternatives.

We didn't have a la carte, just the lunchtime menu. Fried calamari for entre, just plain ordinary for either choices of a piece of fish or duck fillets (a bit too pink and rare) for the main course. Out of the 3 courses, the desert of panna cotta is the best out of this menu. The price is reasonable at... More

Well what can we say, if you like quality over price you are at the right location. We took the Royal plate and enjoyed the food all the way. It was a real pleasure and all elements were perfect, no small portion either. We almost forgot the entree with the chefs starter which in fact was already worth the visit... More

When the two of us arrived there were only four other people in the Resaurant, probably due to it being a French bank holiday evening and was quite everywhere. The food was good and tasty and the service polite and helpful, but the price?? We both chose fish from the refrigerated display, which was also shown again at our table.... More
