We met Pascale who we had emailed to book in advance of our visit. She made us very welcome and looked after all the tables the night we ate there. The food was really lovely and we enjoyed our evening

After a big day out we were not keen to travel too far for an evening meal and not 50 metres from our accommodation was Fleur de Sel. A quaint, intimate little restaurant in the old castle precinct. This was an excellent meal matched by good service, good wine and fabulous ambience. Back home you pay much more for this... More

This is a real find if you want an exceptional meal and are prepared to pay. The fillet de bouef with foie gras and truffled mashed potatoes is absolutely divine, the wine list is exceptional and the husband (chef)/wife team are amazing.

Had an excellent meal here with friends. Charming owners, superb food and a delightful location - well worth the effort of finding it down a pretty cobbled street. And possibly the best crème brûlée I have ever tasted!

Visited on a Monday night. Found the menu very interesting ( small selection of dishes but all appealing) we opted for the a l a carte over the selection of menus. Lovely bottle of wine accompanied food of a high standard. Service was good but one extra member of staff would make aperitifs, and other little extra sales possible. Having... More

There are 2 people working in the restaurant, but their food tastes as if a hundred of professionals are working on its excellency! It's been a week since our last dinner at Fleur de Sel and I still cannot forget those absolutely delicious escargots that I ordered twice! :) For sure, I've never eaten anything like this before. In my... More

We came across this delightful little restaurant by accident, and were completely enchanted with the welcome, the food and the service. The dishes were absolutely wonderful and prepared with such passion and knowledge we certainly found it impossible not to love every moment of our two meals we had there. Pascale was charming and treated us with great flair and... More

Tell Fabrice you want to sit outside. Order the moules mariniere and a bottle of rose from cotes de Provence.
