Can't fault the food - but!

Although we've eaten here many times since my review some 18 months ago we have always enjoyed super, fresh, seafood and we did so on our visit earlier this month - but the service has really gone downhill. We waited for about 50 minutes before our food arrived and they brought our mains before our... read more

En route to Marineland we passed this restaurant, which is located just across the road from the train station. Knowing the limited choice of options for food at the parks, we decided to have lunch before spending the afternoon at the parks. The restaurant is on the side of a busy road with outdoor tables and a large indoor seating... More

This is a speciality seafood and fish restaurant so the choice of a meat is limited, however if you want a plate or two of really fresh shellfish followed by Turbot, Sole etc, then this takes some beating. Had a lovely meal here. Restaurant is by a road but noise not a problem. They were happy to change some of the shellfish in our platter for different choices. Another day we bought a similar platter for take away. Both times were good value. Will certainly be back

This restaurant is located next door to a fishmongers and they share the same name. Accordingly the food is as fresh as it gets. The staff are very, very friendly and this helps to turn the meal into an experience. One slight gripe is that the wine list is not very extensive, although the wines featured were pleasant. If you... More

An interesting restaurant which also has a fish shop to one side. We enjoyed a great Plateau Fruits de Mare - not the best we've ever had but pretty close.
