The restaurant headed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at Verge and Ducasse), offers a kitchen full of flavor and delicacy with a touch of Provence. The only all prepared fresh, seasonal ingredients. The masonry is an old pottery 16em century. The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis. The room (restyled in 2014) has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl gray walls gives a modernity while retaining the old charm of old stones. The dining room staff is very caring while remaining discreet and available to customers.

Delicious food, refined, tasty interesting but not strange, beautifully presented. No false notes. The staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. Among the best one star restaurants we have tried in the area. They deserve two stars. We will return.

We have been dining here for many years, and each time the chef surpasses the last time. Exceptional wine list, seasonal menus and attentive staff. Warm vaulted room and great terrace for dining outdoors in summer. The best restaurant in the region!

Like an old wine cellar but with natural light it is a great ambiance! The service was perfect! The champagne had the right temperature! Great choice of wines with the sommelier help. The food was amazing, we choose the 10 course Che's surprise menu which was fantastic! Each course a marvelous surprise! Flavors were just indescribably good! One of the... More

Biot is not a big town and it is slightly sleepy. When I told the chef (jokingly) that I'm going to open a restaurant next door and get a michelin star he was delighted. "we need more good restaurants around here" he said. For us this restaurant was the best meal we had in the south of france by a... More

Although set on a main road there is no disturbance inside the restaurant, however I can see this being a problem for al fresco dining in the summer. The food choice is excellent with a good selection of 3 course menu choices from €46-€79 and a la carte dishes from €40 (starters). Service is impeccable, surrounds delightful and flavours and... We were on the road and wanted to discover this restaurant. What a mistake. We admit: we had casual clothes and because we had to continue our trip after lunch we preferred not to drink alcohol. This was not what the personnel expexted: it showed its disapproval too explicite. Not at all what you expect in a restaurant of this... More

The cosy, tasty and family run restaurant at it's best: mother and father - help other professional waiters, son - genius young Michelin-starred chef (have a good experience working with A.Ducasse in the past). Many locals come for the dinner. Reservation recommended. Wonderful ambiance and excellent food (what to expect more?). One of the best in Provence (believe me). Waiting... More
