The restaurant headed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at Verge and Ducasse), offers a kitchen full of flavor and delicacy with a touch of Provence. The only all prepared fresh, seasonal ingredients. The masonry is an old pottery 16em century. The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis. The room (restyled in 2014) has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl gray walls gives a modernity while retaining the old charm of old stones. The dining room staff is very caring while remaining discreet and available to customers.

Fantastic setting and made for a special evening but the food was not quite as top notch as others have reviewed. Beef dish within the 85 Euro Menu Découverte was the biggest disappointment, over powering sauce and to have sinews in what should have been a prime fillet was not good. Also felt that the wines to accompany the menu... More

Friends who have a house in Nice recommended this restaurant for a special night out-and they were right! We were seated on the terrace. The setting reflects Biot, which is know for its glass blowing. In addition to the grapevines overhead, there are many wonderful glass blown objects, including glass fish that appear to be swimming upstream. (You can hear... More

As people can see from my previous reviews, this restaurant just never fails to deliver. We try other restaurants in the area but if you only have the chance to go to one restaurant during your stay in the south of France then it must be this one. Ate at both lunchtime and evening on this visit and I have... More

Wow wow wow! This restaurant is beyond a five star review. I'm going to stress it's not cheap so be warned but everything that I had was worth every euro. Beautiful setting with grape vines galore add to the ambience of French chic. The beautiful in between palette cleaners where a delight. The cutest mini croque Monsieur I've ever tasted.... More

Just outside the lovely village of Biot you can find this restaurant in an old house with a typical French terrace covered with grapevines We had lunch outside in the shade of the grapevines. Our set menu started of with some amuses: mini croque monsieur served on pebbles, a little tart with radish and another small amuse which I don't... More

Let me start with the food we ate last night - we chose the Discovery Menu at 85 Euros which was excellent value. Every course was sublime and is what I would expect from a Michelin star experience in London. However what made it even better was a number of things - the setting is magical, both outside and inside.... More

We recently had dinner on the wonderful terrace at Les Tarraillers. Whilst it is considered one of the better restaurants in the area, I was not overly impressed by my dining experience. The foie gras was very well cooked but in my humble opinion the accompanying sauce (a port reduction) was too sweet and totally covered the flavour of the... More

I have been going to this restaurant for a number of years, and the food just keeps getting better and better. Went tonight and the presentation was outstanding and the flavours were fantastic. The beautiful setting also makes your meal. One of my most favourite restaurants in the world.

Two meals in four days at the outstanding restaurant and each time it validates why we keep coming back. The first meal on on 1st May which was a Holiday in France so the lunch set menu was not offered. However we had a menu with the accompanying wines and it was just sublime. The 2nd visit was the lunch... More
