The restaurant headed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at Verge and Ducasse), offers a kitchen full of flavor and delicacy with a touch of Provence.
The only all prepared fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The masonry is an old pottery 16em century.

The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis.
The room (restyled in 2014) has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl gray walls gives a modernity while retaining the old charm of old stones.

The dining room staff is very caring while remaining discreet and available to customers.

Excellent fixed price menu

We arrived for lunch and thought it might be a bit of a stuffy and formal experience; but we soon found out that was from the case, as the staff were friendly and chatty (in French of course). The food was excellent and the wine pairing very good.

We had eaten few times over the years in this restaurant, and always enjoyed, this time it was a big disappointment, some of the fish dishes were just bad and returned untouched. The big disappointment, that no one asked what had happen, as if untouched expensive dishes is regular in this fancy place.

As a birthday party, we decided to revisit this restaurant for lunch and took the menu with wines which proofed to be an excellent choice and a very good value. Each courses was tasty, elegantly presented and an excellent match with the wine. From beef cheek ravioli, zucchini farci, crispy duck with polenta to poached pear. All divine. Thank you... More

The problem is when it's this good, it will be impossible to a get a table. Amazing food, fantastically presented, modern twist and not stuffy.

This is this second time I have reviewed LT a family owned/run restaurant. We ate lunch, and the price was ridiculously inexpensive. If you arrive before 13:30 you can have the three course menu for 43 euros. Two choices for the main course, rabbit and fish. Two choices for the first course, pumpkin soup and beef cheek raviolis. All four... More

Well worth the one Michelin star. South attention to detail, delicious food and understated theatre. I loved the mini chair for my handbag and the amazing cheese trolley

We had a lovely evening outside on the terras. The food was very very good. An absolute treatment for your taste buds. And the wines were excellent. It was everything I hoped for in having a nice dinner and evening. We'll definitely come back here again.

Beautiful setting. Lovely little touches with lots of "amuse bouches" and little extra treats. The dishes themselves varies from superb to just average, which at the price is surprising. Salt fish was great. Truffled Gnocchi nothing special at all. Desserts delightful. Service excellent...and in our case the two of the party of eight paying the bill made good food choices.... More

Fantastic setting and made for a special evening but the food was not quite as top notch as others have reviewed. Beef dish within the 85 Euro Menu Découverte was the biggest disappointment, over powering sauce and to have sinews in what should have been a prime fillet was not good. Also felt that the wines to accompany the menu... More
