Description: The restaurant headed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at Verge and Ducasse), offers a kitchen full of flavor and delicacy with a touch of Provence. The only all prepared fresh, seasonal ingredients. The masonry is an old pottery 16em century. The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis. The room (restyled in 2014) has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl gray walls gives a modernity while retaining the old charm of old stones. The dining room staff is very caring while remaining discreet and available to customers.

Although set on a main road there is no disturbance inside the restaurant, however I can see this being a problem for al fresco dining in the summer. The food choice is excellent with a good selection of 3 course menu choices from €46-€79 and a la carte dishes from €40 (starters). Service is impeccable, surrounds delightful and flavours and... Just had an outstanding dinner. Difficult to comprehend some of the negative reviews/comments below maybe people who are just grumpy? Anyhow I certainly found the food, the service and the overall experience all outstanding.

We were on the road and wanted to discover this restaurant. What a mistake. We admit: we had casual clothes and because we had to continue our trip after lunch we preferred not to drink alcohol. This was not what the personnel expexted: it showed its disapproval too explicite. Not at all what you expect in a restaurant of this... More

The cosy, tasty and family run restaurant at it's best: mother and father - help other professional waiters, son - genius young Michelin-starred chef (have a good experience working with A.Ducasse in the past). Many locals come for the dinner. Reservation recommended. Wonderful ambiance and excellent food (what to expect more?). One of the best in Provence (believe me). Waiting... More

Elegant but charming; casual yet formal; friendly but professional and most of all, delicious! We had a wonderful night at Les Terrailers. We enjoyed the "surprise" tasting menu and loved every course. the progression of flavors and ingredients made sense and built upon each other. the foie gras with fig and port reduction that tasted like syrup....in a great way,... This is our 'local' Michelin-starred restaurant, and has to be one of THE most beautiful, both inside and out. The outside area borders the main road, but although the traffic can be heard a bit, it certainly can't be seen. What a pity that the food doesn't always match up to the lovely surroundings, the warm welcome, the good service... More

Incredible flavors, beautiful atmosphere, friendly wonderful service. We have been twice and can't wait for a third time. Grapes hanging from the vines overhead, smells that make your mouth water, wines are amazing. No pretensions. Just creative and imaginative dishes. Without a doubt two of my finest meals.

I've been to a lot of restaurants. I mean hundreds and hundreds. This is my favourite, despite being over 900 miles away from home. Situated in Biot, which is famous for it's glass production, the restaurant currently holds a Michelin star and it is very well merited. In the summer you are usually seated outside on the terrace which is... More
