The restaurant headed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at Verge and Ducasse), offers a kitchen full of flavor and delicacy with a touch of Provence. The only all prepared fresh, seasonal ingredients. The masonry is an old pottery 16em century. The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis. The room (restyled in 2014) has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl gray walls gives a modernity while retaining the old charm of old stones. The dining room staff is very caring while remaining discreet and available to customers.

Just outside the lovely village of Biot you can find this restaurant in an old house with a typical French terrace covered with grapevines We had lunch outside in the shade of the grapevines. Our set menu started of with some amuses: mini croque monsieur served on pebbles, a little tart with radish and another small amuse which I don't... More

Let me start with the food we ate last night - we chose the Discovery Menu at 85 Euros which was excellent value. Every course was sublime and is what I would expect from a Michelin star experience in London. However what made it even better was a number of things - the setting is magical, both outside and inside.... More

We recently had dinner on the wonderful terrace at Les Tarraillers. Whilst it is considered one of the better restaurants in the area, I was not overly impressed by my dining experience. The foie gras was very well cooked but in my humble opinion the accompanying sauce (a port reduction) was too sweet and totally covered the flavour of the... More

I have been going to this restaurant for a number of years, and the food just keeps getting better and better. Went tonight and the presentation was outstanding and the flavours were fantastic. The beautiful setting also makes your meal. One of my most favourite restaurants in the world.

Two meals in four days at the outstanding restaurant and each time it validates why we keep coming back. The first meal on on 1st May which was a Holiday in France so the lunch set menu was not offered. However we had a menu with the accompanying wines and it was just sublime. The 2nd visit was the lunch... More

I had lunch here and it I can't say enough. The Maitre d' hotel, Pierre, was one of the best I have encountered. The decor was stunning and the food was just simply perfect. I have been to most of the south of France's high end restaurants and I would say this one tops the list because it is not... More

Service sometimes a little too pretentious, invisible (shy ?) chef, meat dishes were not tops but everything else was. If the chef and the waiters accept to rethink their work they might, and probably shall, achieve excellency.

We went for Sunday lunch yesterday to Les Terraillers after a visit to the lovely Ferdnand Legér museum. I'm pretty critical as one might see in my earlier reviews. But this time I have nothing to complain - on the contrary, food was very good, the service really first class, professional, attentive without being disturbingly pretentious. Friendly atmosphere. But above... More

Delicious food, refined, tasty interesting but not strange, beautifully presented. No false notes. The staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. Among the best one star restaurants we have tried in the area. They deserve two stars. We will return.
