Historic location, nice service and value for money in a relaxed and casual environment. The famous ceramics Hans Hedberg has his own table with a placard. It was a mere coincident that we were offered this table because my partner's name is Hans. Visit the Church Before and stroll the historical streets.

We went there the four of us for dinner , the atmosphere was very good, the service familial yet professional. The food was very good, though the pasta with my osso buco was over cooked, however all the rest was very good. the pesto soup was excellent. The concept is simple and you feel welcomed. Make sure you visit the... More

Biot is a village famous for its glassmaking. We went to this restaurant when a glass studio owner recommended it to us. The place had a very family run feel to it, with the owner's family members walking and sitting around the restaurant (their lovely dog also came by to say hello!). The decor included cardboard cutout figures made by... More

Have ate in many restaurants in Biot. Usually never make it up to the top where this place is located. Did so this year and very pleased we did. Excellent traditional menu. Generally all main courses are served on a side plate so you serve yourself. Nice touch. Stuffed flowers etc as starters. Mains included a delicious rabbit stew. Excellent... More

Found this place by mistake. Great ambiance, friendly environment, and great wine. I recommend the experience and the food.

I have been eating here for 40 years-am I that old. The restaurant is always the same Good value and a great ambiance in a little street off the main village. They have finally got rid of the stained old menus but the rest remains the same. Lovely starters and desserts but the omelette is definitely the star for the... More

I have been coming here since I was a young boy with my parents and now I have the pleasure of bringing my family here. We always come 2-3 times per summer and are never disappointed. Surprisingly the tired old menus with the food stains have been upgraded this year but otherwise everything is it's fantastic old self. The specials... More

An amazing omelett with mushroms perfectly cooked, the stuffed squash flowers were also good. The service is a bit slow. But the food is good enough for me to comeback anyway.

Very pleased that we took the trouble to keep on walking past the restaurants in Biot's delightful main street and went up a small incline to a hidden gem the place des Arcades. We had a delicious Provencal meal. As for an earlier review the artichoke hearts were intended to be raw being thinly sliced and marinated in olive oil... More
