Very good fish cook

I have been visiting this restaurant for 2 or 3 times. They had a very good location in the center of Antibes old town. They are very good at cooking fishes. All their material is very fresh and made it very well. I also really like their Tiramisu. It is the best Tiramisu I had in the whole Antibes... read more

We had the 25€ menu. Starters: sauteed calamari, excellent, and parmesan risotto, good. Main courses: cod, perfectlycooked and served on a bed of vegetables wth a mild basil sauce, excelkent, onglet, tender and juicy. For dessert we had strawberry tarte and tiramisu mousse., both good. Nice atmosphere and service.

It must be three years since I last visited ‘Le Don Juan’ in the old part of Antibes. The new multi-level underground parking makes access easy. The restaurant is unchanged, with plenty of tables on the outside. We sat inside by the large window that lets one see into the kitchen and watch the food being prepared. This is a... More

We stumbled on this restaurant whilst visiting Antibes. We choose it because of the interesting menu and lovely crisp, cool ambience of the interior, although we ended up sitting outside as weather was so glorious. We had a lunchtime menu for 39 euros and the food was truly magnificent! The starter was a 'surprise' of 4 tasters - ours had... More

Don Juan - a cheater and an abuser. So the restaurant really lives up to the name. Astonishingly expensive. Inattentive service. The food mediocre at its best. Stay clear!!!!

Decided to stop in for lunch on Sunday 8/23/15. The place was not crowded and the tables were set with lovely fresh tomatoes, squashes and scallions. Looked promising and with some Michelin stickers on the door, it gave us a false impression of culinary competence. Unfortunately, immediately upon being seated, staff was rude, disinterested and gave the impression of being... More

Let's cut to the chase...service was slow, albeit friendly enough. Tomato salad was inedible- tomatoes were many days past prime.the ravioli was passable but there was something off about the sauce. Whole John Dory was just bland/boring There was a heavy odor of fish when we walked in. You wouldn't have that with truly fresh product. Or a clean environment.... More

After a nice day in Antibes, dinner ended up being a big disappointment. Service was very slow and poor - it took over about to prepare the fish, which should have taken 30 minutes max. We ordered a fresh fish, shown to us before it was cooked but what we were eventually served was a different fish and about a... More

The fish was fresh and good and the service nice BUT this absolutely can't justify the price level they have. The place is extremely expensive compared to other fresh fish restaurants in Antibes. The preparation of the fish was very simple and the portion was very small with little vegetables on the side. The vegetables were all soft and overdone.... More

Went twice to this restaurant, and was beautifully surprised on the two occasions. Yes, it wasn't cheap... But again nothing is cheap in Antibes. ( McDonalds perhaps?) service was delivered efficiently in all levels.. No creepy crawlies on the plate( thanks God!).. Excellent wine & attentive staff. Will come back again.
