Pleasure

Went twice to this restaurant, and was beautifully surprised on the two occasions. Yes, it wasn't cheap... But again nothing is cheap in Antibes. ( McDonalds perhaps?) service was delivered efficiently in all levels.. No creepy crawlies on the plate( thanks God!).. Excellent wine & attentive... read more

Let's cut to the chase...service was slow, albeit friendly enough. Tomato salad was inedible- tomatoes were many days past prime.the ravioli was passable but there was something off about the sauce. Whole John Dory was just bland/boring There was a heavy odor of fish when we walked in. You wouldn't have that with truly fresh product. Or a clean environment.... More

After a nice day in Antibes, dinner ended up being a big disappointment. Service was very slow and poor - it took over about to prepare the fish, which should have taken 30 minutes max. We ordered a fresh fish, shown to us before it was cooked but what we were eventually served was a different fish and about a... More

The fish was fresh and good and the service nice BUT this absolutely can't justify the price level they have. The place is extremely expensive compared to other fresh fish restaurants in Antibes. The preparation of the fish was very simple and the portion was very small with little vegetables on the side. The vegetables were all soft and overdone.... More

Spending a long weekend in Antibes and our group enjoyed two really memorable meals. Unfortunately we didn't have the same experience here.. We all chose the set menu which was ultimately our downfall. The first course was a selection of vegetarian starters which were disappointing, main course a fried fish which reminded me of a school dinner...I think the desert... More

The place is right on one of the main streets in old town and the tables on the outside are very attractive. Staff is nice, friendly and polite. Food is good, with a variety of fish to chose from. However I believe the prices are way too high for the type of dishes you are receiving (not haute cuisine) ,... More

We ordered fish "Saint Pierre" for 4 people (1 fish per 2) and after eating half of the fish we discovered in two of the dishes the worm anisakis (the other two dishes were already finished so we couldn't check). We claimed and the waiter tried to make us think that the worm was the bait used to fish it,... More

Diner with friends, starter, main course and desert for all of us. Great service, great chef, great food. The service is not slow, it's only the way it is around here, you come to have diner and enjoy it from start to end. We were treated with respect and the wine has been chosen for us and it was a... We had a nice table outside, although it was a little breezy. Our fish was cooked in a salt crust that kept it nice and moist and it was garnished with a good amount of vegetables. We had wild sea bream and it was very tasty indeed although quite expensive. The service was very attentive and pleasant and all in... More

Ideally perched on a street-corner at the old city, the restaurant offers a perfect observation point - you can watch the flow of tourists and locals in romantic surroundings of the old Antibes without being troubled (the location of tables is well-thought and you can go sure that you won't be pushed and brushed by passers-by). Cuisine...well, Le Don Juan... More
