What a gem!

We were 7 on a Sunday evening , we had booked from the hotel and I heard the receptionist ask for 7 people ,but upon arrival , there was only a table for 4 allocated , this was remedied in a full restaurant with tables pushed together , not ideal but a good effort none the less . This restaurant... More

We were referred here by the hostess at Hiely Lucullus when we could not get in there. We had a wonderful experience at Les 5 Sens, the food was amazing and the wine list is very good. Service was exceptional, highly recommend it!

The Hotel d'Europe suggested that we try the Restaurant 5 Sen but we had no idea how spectacular our evening would be. Each course and its presentation was spectacular and to use a trite phrase, "was out of this world". Even more amazing, despite the dining room being completely full on a Sunday evening, the service was outstanding and highly... More

I was thrilled to find a restaurant with a vegetarian menu. I finally had options for a vegan meal! My omnivore companion and I both thought the food was delicious. We ate outside in the courtyard, where thankfully no smoking is allowed. It was a lovely, relaxed evening.

The food quality in the restaurant was exceptionally good. The food was beautifully presented with a very tastey amuse bouch and chocolates thrown in. The maitre d' spoke good english and was able to also recommend good wines. A bit on the pricey side but very good.

Most of the dishes were simply great - very tasty and nicely balanced and arranged (the only complain for us was the main course which was just OK to our taste). We also liked the decor - lot's of interesting pieces everywhere and everything is done with a lot of taste. The service was good as well and we felt... More

Service here was probably the worst out of any restaurant I've eaten in France so far. Very cold and robotic. Never once asked how we were doing or if we liked the food. Very pricey and with only a few options on the menu, you may not be able to find what you like. My meal was below average. Only... More

This was our splurge meal during our recent trip to Provence. We ordered the 59 Euro menu and we're not disappointed, (though we later realized that it was possible to order a la carte). The waitstaff was attentive and patient with our limited French- switching to English at times and offering English versions of the menu. The food was beautifully... More
