We had dinner in a cute little restaurant just off one of the main streets in the Avignon centre. We had a red mullet with tapenade and steak with a terragon sauce. The mulet was cooked to perfection but a bit salty and the steak was tender but a bit flavorless. The sauce was nice though. I would say: Nice... More

We went here after seeing the reviews on Trip Adviser and were not disappointed. The food and service were both excellent. The restaurant is run by a husband (Chef) and absolutely charming wife who was extremely helpful with explaining some of the dishes. It's a little off the beaten track but worth the hunt. I can't recommend this highly enough.

We came here for lunch because our walking tour guide and another fellow foodie Recommended this place to us. Staff is very nice and accomodating, we enjoyed our Meals very much. This resto is off the beaten track and hardly any tourist knows about it. I like it a lot Not like the tourist traps in rue de reppublica.

This restaurant was a recommendation from the Avignon gourmet Walking tour and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our night here.the food was excellent, extremely authentic Mediterranean cuisine with delicious fresh ingredients. Locals and travellers enjoy the food here. Open for lunch and dinner. The first night they were booked out so we came the next night and enjoyed personal... More

I went there after seeing the reviews. This is an indeed great and welcoming place! The restaurant is run by a couple (I think) and the chief is the husband, the wife waits. The hostess is soo nice and made my first day in Avignon a perfect day. Food was fresh and tasty also attracts the locals to visit there... More

We stumbled upon this place in a hidden alley and were beyond impressed. The service was prompt and friendly, and the food was unbelievable for the value. Our waitress sweetly helped us with our french and was very patient, while the chef whipped up a fantastic meal right before us. Quaint, lovely, delicious!

We found this little gem of a restaurant whilst searching for lunch away from the tourist squares. The Spanish owner was very helpful and explained the lunchtime special menu to us. A large fillet of Julienne (ling), beautifully cooked and served with mashed sweet potato and a dill sauce, accompanied by a glass of wine and followed by a substantial... More

The best meal we had in Avignon. Not the most exclusive restaurant but well worth visiting. A lovely lady who spoke English brought delicious food to our table cooked by her husband an excellent chef. A very hardworking welcoming couple, excellent value. We wish them every success.

Went here for dinner on a Monday night due to the strong positive feedback and we can only agree. The restaurant is not a flashy place - quite opposite in fact. It is pretty basic, but the food is particularly good and, the service even better and the price is quite reasonable. The wines on offer are a bit limited,... More
