Unassuming But Good

This place was a good find. Run by a husband and wife team, they create and deliver some very fine food. Absolutely worth a visit.

Bit hidden in a small alley you will find this restaurant. Few tables allow great service. Very friendly staff which was very accomodating and always there to explain things. Also for non-french speaking highly advisable as the owner? who serves the food is fluent in English and the menu is also available in English. Would highly recommend their lunch deals... More

A nice local woman recommended this wonderful restaurant-we owe her thanks! Unpretentious, comfortable, and good value. Friendly Patrice helped us choose delicious dinners for both my omnivore husband and vegetarian me. One of the few restaurants in Avignon open on Sunday evening is a plus. Do make reservations. They are busy with good reason.

We ate at E.A.T. twice on a 3-week trip to France. We were in Avignon and then returned a few weeks later and looked forward to a second meal there. The owner (sorry, we never got her name) was lovely and helpful. If the eggplant lasagna is on the menu, try it-- the lightest and most unusual version of this... More

We were recommended this restaurant as it was open on a Sunday evening, whilst many in Avignon are closed. It is down a tiny alleyway, but worth finding! Very small, and run by a husband and wife team, but they were charming and looked after us really well. The food is good value, and delicious, Definitely worth a visit.

We loved watched the two owners present a warm, and wonderful setting with many delicious courses. They are an amazing team and food presentation and taste is superb. The chocolate dessert is a must!!!

Charming hostess, amazing value for the 'formule' and wonderful food. A real little hidden gem, popular with the locals.
