Incredibly poor content, basic recipes with simple and un-professional presentation. Waiter far from a professional service, just because they started without any training. Incredibly price for simple dessert. Just a trap for tourist, i cannot understand the ranking

As recommended by the host, who proundly told me that the chef is his wife, I ordered the crab ravioli for appetizer which was quite good although was a bit too salty. The main course I wanted to order was not available as the host told me that his wife could not get the fresh ingredients for the dish that... More

The atmosphere is contemporary and fresh, and the service is great. There is such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The chef is a very lovely women who comes out from time to time to see how everyone is liking their meal. She really has such fresh and wonderful flavors in her dishes. We went back a few times whike in... More

Travelled through Barcelona and the south of France beginning of June and the meal we had at La Cuisine du Dimanche was definitely the best. Our host was a bit frazzled the night we were there but the ambience was warm and we always felt taken care of. After being seated we were promptly served a starter of bread, cream,... More

We had an amazing meal at La Cuisine du Dimanche. Our concierge made us dinner reservations and when we arrived we found the atmosphere very welcoming and vibrant. The Chef and The Owner greeted us and let us know of any changes to the menu. The owner gave us a great wine recommendation that went perfectly with dinner. It was... More

We were looking for a special restaurant for our last night in Avignon and Paris. This was recommended by our hosts at Hotel Le Colbert. This was definitely one of the loveliest meals I have ever had and one of the best on our 18 day trip in France. The service was impeccable, the menu was intriguing, the wine list... More

Just back from a week travelling up from Marseilles to Beaune. Was expecting a fantastic night out at this restaurant but we were all very very disappointed. Recommended by Lonely Planet with a price range of 15-25 €, we were hoping for decent value for money. I am not sure what the lonely planet reviewers ordered as fare but there... More

LA CUISINE DU DIMANCHE matched the food we ate in Paris at restaurants with "stars", and at La Cuisine Du Dimanche the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and not stuffy. We spotted the restaurant when walking around Avignon and when trying to find out more about it, we learned that the chef (owner) cooks whatever looks good at the market that... More
