Excellent lunch

A lovely meal in a lovely setting. Highly recommended for visitors to Avignon wanting to sample typically French cuisine. Service was first-class too.

Casual, countrified dining experience, set behind an iron gate, 75 feels like a secret garden, fragrant with mimosa, bougainvillaea, and lemon. The dishes are perfect for eating outdoors. With short options for lunch or dinner, they have to prove their mettle. My alfresco meal in the evening was a silky foie-gras terrine studded with bits of poached artichoke hearts, followed... Nice restaurant recommended by the hotel within the old city. Restaurant was located in a mansion and tastefully decorated. Food was nicely presented and delicious. Great evening out.

The old Pernod mansion was beautiful and intriguing. The service was prompt and friendly. Wine list was adequate, and the food was very good. Reservations had been suggested, but in mid september were clearly not needed.

Excellent,Garden restaurant in the summer.Service,is fast and very good. The food a la carte or menu ,serves fish or meat. The wine list, reflects the variety grown in the area.My favourite is a white Mont Redon. The three course meal with bottled water, wine and coffee, for 5 persons, worked at Euros 52/p. I highly recommend it.Worth stopping by for a very pleasant lunch or dinner.

Beautiful outdoor courtyard and friendly staff. BUT food was a real disappointment. Chorizo pasta: Pasta sauce was dried out (probably reheated?) and there was 1 tiny piece of chorizo - so dish was pasta, and dried out tomato sauce... Duck: dish was bland with no sauce. Entrees were average. Wines by the glass were average. After this experience we did... More

Great ambiance, great service, excellent menu. You will not regret a visit to número 75. The range of the menu is limited but the quality is correspondingly high - really exquisite sauces. You are spoilt for choice on the choice of deserts - better select a variety and share! This will be a memorable experience. Strong smelling cigars spoil the... More

This is a splendid restaurant with a huge outdoor courtyard. One cannot fault the service which was speedy and attentive. The food was excellent - tuna carpaccio followed by cochon (pork) with the most delicious mushroom sauce with aubergine. The night we went there was a table with people smoking cigars - sadly the smell permeated the whole space -... More

The restaurant has a nice outdoor courtyard to sit in, mosaic tile tables to sit at. There was a fixed price option as well as ala cart, and good wine selection. The menu is printed daily on a chalkboard that the server brings to the table for one to look at and select from. Inside there was a lot of... More
