We had a wonderful meal at Le Criquet. The service is superb. The food, amazing. It is a very small restaurant that specialized in traditional food of the Camargue. Wonderful seafood and beef and lamb. The meal was as good as any we have had in Provence. The Sea Bass was excellent as was the lamb. Please leave room for... More

Good quality, well cooked and nicely presented. Nice wines. Quick, competent service - ok, they had just been closed for annual holidays;-) Lived up to recommendation by our host.

Very good restaurant close to the french "Colosseo". Very good food and nice hospitality. To try! It's a little restaurant, but with a lot of charme.

Very friendly staff who genuinely welcome you. Probably best value in the evening amongst the quality restaurants with top markings - did a walk round to look at prices.House red wine was excellent. Fish soup, carre d'agneau, and magret de canard are to be recommended and deserts were great. We ate there 2 successive nights - nothing else looked as... More

On our hotel manager's recommendation, we ate at this restaurant, very near to the Roman Theatre. After a long drive from Paris, we were starving when we reached this place. The place was crowded & we were made to wait a bit. The 2 girls serving spoke English & were friendly. The food was very good and very reasonably priced.... More

We loved our dinner at Le Criquet. We started with great appetizers and progressed to a succulent sea bass. The Cote Du Rhone wines were a fabulous accompaniment. The location is down on of the back streets out of the tourist mess in Arles. Our best dinner while staying in the area.

If you go for a day trip to Arles please have lunch in this intimate family run restaurant. Food is great cooked by the owner and his wife and their two lovely daughters are the ones serving the tables.

Great atmosphere in this quaint restaurant in an old building. Wonderful French food, particularly Provence-influenced. Wonderful staff was helpful with the wine and their English was very good, easy for non-French speakers that we are!

please make a reservation to this incredible family run restaurant! The two waitresses are sisters and their parents are the chefs! We were a group of 13 and they couldn't have been nicer. We had the larger table upstairs....fun spot for a group and easier access to the bathroom after the wine! The food and sauces were simply outstanding! No... More
