After reading about this place in our guide book, we had lunch there and were not at all pleased. This establishment seems like a tourist trap. We had the worst meal of our two-week vacation in Provence there. Very bad value for money. The person who served us was friendly and the garden was quiet, although we didn't enjoy the... More

Had an excellent vegetarian platter (potager) which included a quinoa salad, avocado/cucumber gazpacho and green salad with melon. All delicious and nicely presented.

This is a nice place just in the historical center of Arles. Had lunch in the garden, where fans and large umbrella keep the temperature acceptable. Food was good and the platters are large yet not really economical; however quality and quantity match the price. The meat one was gorgeous while the fish one less tasty. Staff was not 100%... More

We stopped for an hour, should have stay for a week!!! Right across the arena, lies the Le Calendal hotel and spa with a nice ambiance, excellent service and amenities.

France is quite rigid as to what kitchen hours refer (even in touristy cities as Arles) so when we got there at 2:45 pm on a Saturday we were grateful for the advice from Le Criquet owner (#1 on TA, too bad Mr le Chef had closed for lunch). We had quiches and croques monsieur with coffees and everything was... More

I like this place a lot. It is right across the street from the Roman amphitheater and on a thoroughfare that is superb for people watching. On top of it all, not only do they have free wifi, but they provide free computers as well. It's a great little hotel, a great cafe and a good restaurant in the heart... More

In Arles for the day with my brother and SIL. We asked at a museum for a lunch recommendation and were directed here. My brother and I couldn't resist the 'stacked' lunch, just because it looked so interesting in the case at the counter. The contents were delicious. The inside dining area is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was nice... More

Wow this place is tucked away from the amphitheatre. The outside is a wonderful Salon De Tea, behind is a superb restaurant set in a small garden. The menu has something for everyone, the fish dishes were gorgeous. There is a children's menu too. The chocolate Carmel cake was fought over and the plates were almost licked clean.
