best agneau I've had ...

My wife and I visited Arles and we had dinner at Le Plaza on 30.9.15 or 1.10.15. I usually avoid lamb and mutton because of the gamey taste. Over the years, I order steak or beef stew, a pork chop or a fish. This time, I decided to be brave. At Le Plaza, I ordered d'agneau. It’s our holiday... read more

This is the place to go if you like to pay one price for a set predetermined multi course meal and sit among British tourists quaffing beer. My wife and I didn't desire the multi course meal and were left with very limited options. We had an appetizer with a bottle of red wine. When the server poured the red... More

Four of us booked for dinner on Sunday 20th Sept. having read the good reviews on Trip advisor. The staff were dismissive of us when we arrived. We sat for 30 minutes and weren't offered a menu or even water. We asked one of the hassled staff who replied rudely that we needed to wait. After another 10 minutes we... More

I made the mistake of ordering the fish soup. My system had a violent reaction to it and I spent the entire evening and the next day hotel bound. It ruined my stay in Arles.

Few restaurants open in Arles on a Sunday evening so chose this restaurant on reviews. We arrived to find a bustling restaurant will locals eating here which is always a good sign. However, tourists are treated with a different attitude to those shown to locals. This I can understand but when I asked for a little help with the translation... More

Booked this based on Tripadviser reviews and used The Fork, booking app. Can recommend the app as a first time user. Restaurant booked a day in advance all online so no language problems and confirmation email and txt of the booking. Good job we did we went on a Monday night and they were turning people away the whole time... More

I loved every second of it. From the entree to the dessert, everything was so perfect it almost made me cry. Best meal I've had in France so far. Highly recommended!

The interior is very ancient and decorated with the theme of gardians (Cowboys from the Camargue) and very cool vintage bullfighting pictures. The cozy interior spills out into the terrace. Great wine list with local wines, staff is happy to help you pair. Great selection of Menus from about 20 to 35 Euros offering you a selection of a large... More

Super little restaurant serving excellent local dishes with very friendly service. Particular favourites disher were a fantastic starter Verrine de Chevre, which tasted like the south of France in a glass, lovely duck breast and a perfectly cooked chocolate fondant. The set menus were varied and interesting, well-priced and kept us coming back for more. St Pierre wines- rose and... More

Good dining experience. Cuisine 3-4 star. Waiting staff efficient . Slightly overpriced given the table spacing and sense of being a bit pressured.
