What could have been a delicious salad was ruined by an exceptionally strong vinegrette. A risotto with parmesan was again ruined by too much of the cheese, it is very salty, thus destroying the red wine and delicate flavour of the rissoto. We ordered Chianti Classico but were told there was non available but were offered Chianti Reserve for the... More

A very intimate, traditional italian meal. Served by Nino himself - what an utter charmer and delight. We loved every morsel of it. Octopus salad was yummy. Tomato prosciutto spinach salad with gorgonzola dressing to die for. Love this place. A MUST DO

I'm a regular and the boss is great but a young guy has recently joined and replaces him some nights, with little tact.

That's a good option of an italian restaurant in Aix. We tried a pasta and a risotto, and they were all very good. Besides they have a nice casual atmosphere and are far from the confusion of the central avenue (Cours Mirabeau). The dinner cost us 35 euros per person , with a bottle of Rose.

Having tried quite a number of restaurants in Aix, this one takes the medal for "Best Italian Food." Hidden away in a small alley in the old center, just a few steps away from the Place Forum des Cardeurs, your first impression is that of a cozy restaurant which prefers a small selection of paintings and orange-washed walls to an...
