We ate in the back courtyard - a secluded area, decorated in an original manner just short of "twee". Service was very friendly and super eager. The food was very tasty local style dishes. The veal kidneys were excellently cooked and are recommended. We also enjoyed a very warming bottle of red Cotes de Provence. Overall good value.

Very welcoming place with a lovely outside courtyard. Very friendly service. We both had red mullet which was excellent. Recommended.

Set in a quieter street away from the more touristy spots this place deserves a visit if you're in Aix. Make a reservation and ask to sit in the back area which is an outdoor / indoor place, beautifully decorated with lovely lighting it's a lovely place to have a dinner. The food is very good indeed, there's love and... More

This restaurant is special. I found this it in the Aix guidebook and it did not disappoint. Everything from the friendly and attentive service, the atmosphere and the food made it an unforgettable experience. First of all, I loved the ecclectic and cozy atmosphere and the warm greeting you receive. It's nice because it is an open roof patio but... More

Despite arriving at 13:45, 15 minutes before the end of lunch service, the staff greeted us warmly and we took a seat in their beautiful covered courtyard. The menu was short and quite traditional. We each started with the Chevre Chaud salad, which I can honestly say was the best I have had, and then between us we tried four... More

This was on my list of restaurants based on other TA reviews. Navigating the winding streets of Aix with a hotel map can be a little tricky, but you will not be disappointed when you finally get here. We actually tried for lunch on a Monday, but they were closed so we ended up coming back the next day and... More

Went here with colleagues and clients for an evening meal. I was very surprised by the excellent service and very good food. I had artichoke pot for appetiser and it was very good. Main dish was duck and it was served with perfection. The creme brûlée for dessert was maybe a little less good, but all together this is a... More

A delightful little restaurant in the quaint streets of Aix-en-Provence.... The staff were helpful and did their best to describe any dishes that weren't familiar with, even though there was a bit of a language barrier. The food was really really delicious, Hubby had steak which was cooked to perfection and I had the duck, which was likewise perfectly done... More

After a long journey from Australia, locating our apartment at 18 Victor Leydet, The Patio is next door and we took a chance that this restaurant had quality restaurant food. We were not let down and had a variety of main menus and followed by delicious desserts, and house Rose. We felt that the prices were average as we had... More
