Nice atmosphere and deco - Nice food

All dishes are made of fresh products and you notice it when you eat! They have plenty of choice, even for veggies. I tried the mushroom risotto, it was nice. And the tarte au citron - delicious! The atmosphere is nice. The downside is that we made a reservation and had to wait more than 15... read more

A restaurant in an old toy shop, this place has all of the old toys on the walls, which should be creepy but it pulls it off really well. Great menu with a good selection of french and international food, amazing cocktails and he best escargot I have ever had.

Whilst in Poitiers to sign the comprimis on our new home we discovered this amazing little place - on numerous visits I'd always observed how busy it was - last week I found out why!!! An amazingly vibrant lively place that served the most wonderful food ~ I went for the snails in garlic and the steak tartare - completely... More

At first sight it seems the usual brasserie/bar, but if you happen to go in you find a trendy place with a cosy atmosphere. The real surprise comes with the menu: clearly a real restaurant with creativity and excellent ingredients. We had one of our best dinners in Poitiers with tasty meat dishes and original desserts. Also the wine list... More

Over the last couple of months we have regularly been to,la serrurie, the food is ok, the service is poor and the price reasonable. However last night the service was worse than ever and the ultimate was when one of the other guests was ill and no staff did anything for at least 10 minutes to clear up....and of course... More

Nice very French atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. Food good and menu changes regularly, inventive as well as old favourites. Prices not over the top. I don't like the metal water jugs..but if that's all I can criticise....

An extensive menu, although we had the cheaper option which was still really nice. Plenty to fill your plate. Desserts finished off a lovely meal. Staff were great and most spoke very good English - thankfully!

The restaurant has a very cool atmosphere, with a bar and music as well as quieter areas. It's almost always packed, and the food is really good if not traditionally presented. Although the food prices were very reasonable, the wine was more expensive than in other places.
