Nice very French atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. Food good and menu changes regularly, inventive as well as old favourites. Prices not over the top. I don't like the metal water jugs..but if that's all I can criticise....

An extensive menu, although we had the cheaper option which was still really nice. Plenty to fill your plate. Desserts finished off a lovely meal. Staff were great and most spoke very good English - thankfully!

The restaurant has a very cool atmosphere, with a bar and music as well as quieter areas. It's almost always packed, and the food is really good if not traditionally presented. Although the food prices were very reasonable, the wine was more expensive than in other places.

This restaurant was absolutely heaving all the time we were eating, with more people arriving continuously. I can only marvel at how well they dealt with the numbers waiting. Our advice would be to book! Our food was excellent, I am a meat avoider and there was so much choice it was great for me. The food was well cooked... More

We have been to this restaurant several times and every time it has been good! The menu is varied and caters for vegetarians with a good selection of dishes. Today I had fish and chips a la Brighton and I would highly recommend it. My hubby had the set menu and said it was just OK. On previous visits I... More

A pleasant enough venue, with very pleasant staff. However, the food was not good. I had some very dry and tasteless chicken with a miserable excuse of vegetables in season. My husband had average steak, no sauce or condiments, with cold, soggy pomme frites. Eat elsewhere.

This is the place we kept returning to for meals. Comfortable, excellent food, and relaxed atmosphere. Had dinner twice and breakfast once during our stay in the area. Very satisfying. Wine list was great! Service was attentive and friendly. The fish and chips and the rumsteak are highly recommended. Have outside dining as well. The wall of curiosities in the... More
