We did love this underground place; make yourself comfortable and simply appreciate the woodfire pizza and atmosphere. We do recommend this French "pizzeria". With a little surprise for the kids when leaving ...

I don't even need to go to this place just to tell you 100% this is not authentic Italian food. If you ever see an Italian restaurant serving spaghetti bolognese, it's crap. No Italian would ever serve bolognese with spaghetti. Always with tagliatelle! And then pesto with spaghetti too, no, that's with tagliatelle too! Oregano on a margherita! Never! No... More

Probably should have been put off by the odd name to the restaurant, but following the glowing reports on trip advisor, tired and hungry, we came here for pizza on our overnight stay in Rouen. The pizza was greasy and not very good - artichokes out of a tin for example. The red wine was served very cold. And we... More

Proper pizza oven, pizzas made with care and lovely atmosphere. We went with my little girl and they catered for her with no problem, we ate here twice during our stay: very good.

Don't be put off by its underground location. This little Italian restaurant is well worth a visit. Great food and wine, superb service and very reasonable prices My pizza, cooked in a wood burning oven, was one of the nicest I'd had in ages.. We hadn't booked (lots of tables reserved when we got there....a good sign in itself) but were... More

The name got my attention, and I ventured inside and down the stairs, not sure what to expect. I'm very glad I did. Behind the heavy red curtain was a cosy Italian restaurant with an open woodfire oven and a comfortable, stylish setting. The service was good, the lasagne was delicious (at only €9,50, it was the cheapest decent restaurant... More

If you were turned off by the weird entrance and didn't venture downstairs, you would miss this cool cave with warm sofa like seating, tasty stone oven pizza and friendly staff. We first arrived at 5:30, way too early for dinner that started at 7:00. When we returned, we wanted takeaway for our kids back at the hotel. They didn't... More

Had dinner last night at Pizzeria Du Drugstore. Excellent food, large salad w/ meat+goat cheese, 2 individual pizzas (large), 500cc house wine, bottle of water, +tip, 48 euros. Food is good, well-located, don't be fooled by the entrance - the underground restaurant is really nice. If I were to point a negative, expensive beer by the glass - drink wine... More

We only had one evening to dine at this pizzeria, but I definitely would have gone back the next night if we had stayed. Great atmosphere. You are in a curved, brick lined basement with an ancient large fireplace at the end where they cook the pizzas. Fabulous. We were luckily seated right next to the fireplace, which is definitely... Great place, especially with kids. Cool atmosphere, great location, good food. Not the best pizza ever, but very good. Well worth a visit!
