Great ambiance, friendly service, good food!

This is a relaxing restaurant that has a nice French ambiance! The service was very friendly. This is a place with excellent value and a good French atmosphere! Nice interior, good music in the background and elegant decor. We took the simple normandie chicken with a cidre sauce, and enjoyed!

We were in Rouen on a rainy Monday night. If you are going to Rouen or anywhere is France - remember that Monday is a closed day in France! We could only find this place as it was raining so badly and we couldn't walk out in it. Good welcome. Lovely service and pretty tables but the food is bought... More

Dropped in for lunch, place was full by around 1:00pm. Excellent service and food, salads, dessert and plat de jour, recommended.

Being on a cruise, we didn't have time to eat in this delightful place. We did however have time to renew our acquaintanceship with Calvados. Delicious although I remain an adherent of the Breton version. I shall have to come back and stay for a few days in this charming place.

We are enamored with Rouen. We found nothing, but kindness. We had just finished touring the Cathedral and were wandering soaking up the city and stumbled on this lovely restaurant across the quadrangle from the church, making it convenient. The atmosphere is exactly like you would anticipate a Brasserie to be. The menu is written in both French and English... More

If you’re looking for a good classic brasserie that serves anything from light snacks to full course meals (English/French), the look no further. A bright, friendly and welcoming brasserie with a large area of interior seating, as well as plenty of exterior tables if the weather permits. It was patronised primarily by locals the day we arrived, which was a... More

This restaurant obtains its meat and other supplies from local farmers, and produces excellent food served with outstandingly warm service from the maitre d'it. Dinner was a very fine experience indeed.

This restaurant was close to our hotel. We chose it because we were tired from a long day. Sometimes that is not a good basis to choose but in this case we were lucky. Good food. Fish was excellent and service was quite friendly.
