Jean-Luc Tartarin is the incarnation of creative, impassioned cuisine. The menus and set menus reflect the seasons and feature freshly caught fish. The produce from the kitchen garden adds colours and textures to the sophisticated dishes further enhanced by balananced flavours and exquisite precision. For the dining room, Annabelle and Jean-Luc have opted for a minimalist, chic look done out in shades of black and white.

Attentive staff, an excellent wine list and food with a combination of flavours that was imaginative and memorable. This restaurant deserves its reputation as 'the place to dine in Le Havre'.

One of the best restaurants Ive visited. Superb combinations of flavours, with a surprising acidity in almost every dish. Friendly service and the sommelier is flient in English. Great, but expensive, wine pairings. In my opinion, too much bread was served.

Top level location. Combination of high class service with food really on the top. Good mix between regional food and high standard classic. Ideal place to celebrate key event of life or please your beloved

We were the only Americans in the restaurant. Though we speak some French, it was wonderful to have the sommelier speak excellent English and be so helpful. We had just had dinner at Taillevant in Paris a few days before. Taillevant was once my husband's favorite restaurant. The food there is fairly stodgy and - talk about price!!! Jean Luc'... More

We had lunch in the restaurant. We took the October menu with additional cheese course. Food was great and also wine pairings worked well. Can recommend highly for lunch.

This is a 2 Michelin star restaurant so I expected the food to be good. It was better than good it was excellent. It also had a relaxed atmosphere without any stuffiness like some restaurants that are in this league. The staff were friendly but professional & not over powering, explaining all aspects of the meal to us in English... More

a bit pricy if you don't take the menu. We went there for a Birthday lunch and 3 of us ordered the menu Saveurs for € 53.00, 3 course, excellent but smaller portion. One of us has an allergy towards eggs, so she had chosen single dishes. First, warm fresh bread arrived, simple but irresistible, followed by the amuse bouche,... More

Visited on 13 November 2012 for dinner, which turned out to be a wonderful gastronomic experience with both classic and inventive cuisine of the highest quality coupled with generous warm service. The amuse-bouche selections were just delicious and generously portioned. We then had the scallops in a Thai sauce, the sea bass cooked at 38 degrees, the pigeon and arguably... More

Not the slightest doubt about the second star for me. We passed an excellent evening having the menu of the month for 47€. Raviole d'herbes "sauvages" , sardine fraiche, Bouillion Thai. Carrelet juste raidi, Tomates jaunes, verts, rouges, Émulsion d'olive herbacée. Blanc de poulet "fermier" poché doucement, Fumet d'homard crémé, girolles, cibots. A wide range of chesse (supplement 9€, worth... More
