We went here twice for lunch, it's close to the Tourist Information. The food was excellent and it's a place the owner is really proud of. It's quite often a gamble in Honfleur when you eat out as it's full of Moulles Frites and Gallettes places, most of the restaurants have too much choice, which may mean lots pre prepared... More

Forced to eat in Honfleur when our booked hotel restaurant was closed due to an electricity failure. So selected this restaurant based upon Tripadvisor reviews. We selected the daily menu at 16 euros and 27 euro bottle of Tavel rose wine which was excellent. However, the meals were rather poor, as were the rushed service. Although they worked wonders with... This was an unplanned treat in a lovely bustling lively restaurant. Meals for two, (moules and frites, two desserts, glass of wine and Leffe and coffee) for €37.30. The food was delicious and looking at other orders: steak and tripe the restaurant specialities a real treat. Only one wish, that I could have had a copy of the laminated menu,... More

Me and my family had two great nights here last week and would highly recommend a visit. Food was tasty and value for money. Staff were very friendly and made our visits special. Please have the Leffe Ruby available for our next visit!

We booked a table outside, and had a steak & Mussels. I have to say that both were excellent. The steak was cooked just as we had asked for, and the Mussels were the best I have ever eaten. They were cooked in an onion stock, which was really well cooked, and served with some lovely chips. Would come here... More

We had planned on visiting a different restaurant however it was closed. This one was our fall back and we are really glad that we came here. There were more local people, which to us is a good sign. The cuts of meat here are described differently, so the chef came out to explain them to us so that we... More

We ate on Easter Saturday. I booked, but it seemed unnecessary, and certainly we were not provided with a good table. The tables are jammed so tightly, that the waiter knocked you every time he walked by. My husband literally had to get up in order for the person at the table beside us, to sit down. Food was servered... More

Limited menu but great quality and hearty portions. Friendly service and very French ambiance. Wouldn't hesitate to go back. House wine was good, entrecôte generous portion and cooked to medium. Carpaccio also good and green beans delicious.

Honfleur – Dinner at Restaurant Boucherie Honfleuraise (also called La Petite Boucherie), on Place de la Porte de Rouen. After days and nights of some of the finest seafood anywhere, even my wife felt it was time for some meat! This local favorite is famed for its very fine beef and the owner’s specialty, tripes. (I believe he was the... More

We happened upon this by chance and how fortunate for us. The proprietor, made us so welcome, and recommended the steak of the moment which we were so pleased with. An entrecote superbly cooked to our liking with a poivre sauce. The accompaniments were listed and as we struggled to make our choice from the list, we were told you... More
