Great location for people watching, tasty lunch at a reasonable price.

We walked along the Quai Ste Catherine, and picked this restaurant out from many others, because we thought it looked inviting. We had a tasty leisurely lunch in a prime location at a reasonable price - nothing memorable but we thought value for money.

We chose this place at random from the many which sit on the harbour. Service was reasonably good, given that the restaurant was packed. Food was well cooked and portion sizes were acceptable. Overall we felt that we had good value for money. Beware vicious Mosquitos, although we were very grateful to our waitress who produced an aerosol of fly screen... More

Chose this place more or less at random from the many lining the harbour, ordered a bottle of wine and discovered they had a 3 course evening menu for €16.90! Considering most of the mains were around that point, not much discussion needed there! We asked for a leisurely service, and the owner/waiter was more than happy with that.... "just... More

Hon Fleur is a beautiful little old port with a great variety of restaurants. We chose this one because their menu was different. We sat next to the dock during an off period for serving. This was basically an atypical late lunch. I ordered fish choucroute. This is normally served with sausage but we chose it for the fish. It... More

There are about 20 restaurants around the little harbour. We chose this because we wanted to taste the Magret de Canard which was on the blackboard special menu. We'd been told to try it and this was the first chance. Fixed price 3 courses for 14.9 euros, with the main course being magret de canard. Our French friend Cathetine said... More

It always amazes me how the same restaurant can be loved by some, hated by others. We sat at an outside table on a sunny day in early November and enjoyed different versions of moules-frites....all excellent.....with a nice white wine and a great view on the beautiful harbour. What more could one ask for? Oh, and the service was efficient... More

Just had dinner there as the other ones were crowded.. So I went for this one as the menu was appealing to me. ok! was sitting in the obviously newly acquired building next to the historical. I took the fixed menu with a fish terrine, for which the sauce more than hide the taste of the fish. Texture was not... More

We were looking for somewhere for a late lunch on Easter Saturday. It was busy in the bassin, and very chilly. I happened to see a table in the inside window vacate, and grabbed it quick. The 3 course lunch menu was 15euros, and cheaper than just ordering a single course ? So we both had the lunch menu. Pate... More

We stopped for a late lunch in the height of summer. The setting on the harbour-side is beautiful. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. The food was excellent, and reasonably priced. There are several similar establishments on the quay-side, but I would certainly return to L'Abricotier next time I'm in Honfleur.

We visited this restaurant on a sunny Saturday when the bassin was buzzing with tourists and poseurs with their designer clothes and designers dogs. What a gorgeous location. Choosing a restaurant to stop at amoung the multitude that line the harbour is arbitary - and we chose on the bass off four available seats by the water. Service was friendly... More
