We came lately for a quick lunch to test panckakes and cider. Excellent, tasty, good choices, good cider, excellent salted and sugared "crepes" and "galettes". Staff quick and nice. Pay attention to customers. Nice and well decorated, designed restaurant as Cidrerie one. Place to be!

Good honest hearty food washed down with cider in a bowl. What's not to like? The Trou Normand dessert was awe inspiring.

Good way to taste the local specialties! We are beer travelers, but since we were in cidre country, we decided to try the local cidre along with some crepes for lunch. Very tasty!

It was a rainy day in honfleur and we took shelter in this little creperie. It was a pleasant discovery as we just loved the crepes with roasted apples dipped in cinamon and hot chocolate on the side. Its a good place to get kids and spend an afternoon or evening.

My teenagers pulled me into this little restaurant and I didn't have high expectations since Honfleur, while beautiful, is quite a tourist trap. However, the food was great and the Cider was amazing!! We went for lunch and it was actually quite reasonable, highly recommended.

Not great - service is very slow and not friendly but you are warned by a sign on the wall ! The house speciality - The Galichot - looks and tastes a bit like a blini and goes rubbery very quickly as it cools. The galettes are better but nothing special, the fillings are very skimpy. Dessert crêpes would be... More

As we were looking for something simple and authentic, we had dinner at this place on our third night in Honfleur. We were not that impressed. The galettes are overpriced for what they are. The atmosphere is friendly, although the locale is not well ventillated.

We went there as a group and overall everyone enjoyed it. The one drawback: being pregnant, I could literally have one thing on the menu! They use Comté cheese, which is unpasteurised and so not recommended in pregnancy unless thoroughly cooked. As it is just melted in a crèpe this isn't sufficient. My plain old ham galette was obviously rather... More

We were only in Honfleur for a few hours, so we had to make every moment count. We stopped into La Cidrerie for a taste of 3 culinary treats that Normandy is known for - cider, calvados and salt caramel. The cider is served in the traditional way - in wide-mouthed cups, not glasses - and it was delicious! Calvados... More

La Cidrerie is set a little back from the road but a friendly cardboard cutout points the way. Fairly simple decor with lots of wood on show but some nice touches that show someone took great care about the way this looks. Children's drawings on the bar give the place a friendly family feel. Les Galettes (griddle cakes) area sort... More
