We stopped here after touring the gardens. The sandwich and tart were good. The outdoor dining space was fun with some shopping places blended in. Eating in Giverny is expensive. A sandwich, tart and 2 drinks was over $30.

Excellent value, typically French lunch - served with a smile. Although it was raining, we were sheltered on the patio and they made sure that we were well protected. Nice gift-shop.

We had just come out, dazzled, from Monet's house and were on our way to the museum and although knowing that this has a good restaurant we wanted a cheaper and faster one. This restaurant is friendly, self service, ate a quiche and a cider, is not haute cuisine but it served to what we wanted.

We came here as the restaurant was quite attractive and had spacious gardens. Food was quite expensive and was largely pre-made 'rustic' filled baguettes. Coffee was tasty but came in small disposable card board cups. Gardens were quite pretty and had the tourist office, a gift shop, ice cream cabin and a small garden centre. Overall, it wasn't bad and... More

We chose to have a baguette and coffee here. The people were friendly but I thought that they were a little mean with the filling in the baguette. Also the ladies toilet was rather smelly.

We visited this cafe 3 times during our stay in Giverny. We had afternoon tea, lunch and an after dinner digestive. The cafe is centrally located in GIverny on the main road with a small but beautiful garden, a gift shop, as well as the cafe. The food we had during lunch was very good and offered in a canteen... We visited Giverney on a busy day, (although I would imagine that most days are busy). The service was slow, the food was mediocre and also overpriced. Not recommended.

In the small town of Giverny we were just looking for a small meal. The onion soup at this cafeteria was the best that we had while in France. It is just down the street from Giverny's home.

Great place to stop after touring Monet's gardens. Very casual place with in and outdoor seating. We had a most delicious mushroom soup, avocado salad and baguette. It was friendly, organic and just what we were looking for.
